This location does not give the meal card with cookie purchase. It would be nice to know before you purchase. When asked at the... window the kids act as if they never heard such a thing. Well they do it literally every other store in the area. Not worth a 11min wait in line for fast food. Also the ice at this location is different. Find another store there is one five miles in away. Chick-fil-A is great as usual. If you?re visiting the US, definitely try a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries with sauce.... (Chick-fil-A, bbq, etc.) The Mac n cheese is surprisingly really good! Read more
First all I gave an extra star because I realize it was still lunch rush . I went in quickly to grab a coke zero. Now there are... like 3 cashiers outside . Why is there only one register open inside? I waited for at least 5 minutes before giving up andleaving. As I was leaving the line inside the store was wrapping around. Why could you ask an associate to open quickly to taketwo or three orders? Also it would be appreciate if next time cashier would say I will be with you as soon as possible. Therefore , we the line could feel a knowledge if we going be waiting for awhile. Read more
As I have said before it's all about location. While Chick-fil-A is a franchise establishment and needs to follow the rules... accordingly as outlined by Headquarters... this locations food was at the top of the list. Cooked to perfection!! Food was amazing as usual. I could tell the employees do not get payed enough. They weren't being rude or anything of sorts.... They were just really overwhelmed and exhausted, it was obvious. Most of them looked like 16 y/o. The only thing I would changeabout Chick-fil-A is how they treat the employees. They are working way too hard. Read more
Worked a long day & my family & I were starving + I wanted to get some ice cream which I don?t usually order. This time I did &... I had the chocolate milkshake & I also ordered the Oreo milkshake & man was it delicious! I also ordered the Cobb salad & achicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese & everything was awesome as always from Chick-fil-A! Wow. 45 min in drive through. Total chaos. When I got our shakes they were soup after sitting on a table outside. They were... taking orders faster than they could fulfill them. Not a good system. Read more
