I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, bacon and extra cheese for pick up. However it started raining and I couldn't get there... so I called to ask if they could deliver it. When talking to a worker, he sounded like he had an attitude and was very rude. Wethen got our order and it was entirely the wrong pizza, which had pineapple, olives and didn't even look good. Then a previoustime I ordered, they drove passed my house and didn't even deliver pizza at all. Not ordering again. Read more

The service is inconsistent at best. I only gave them the 3 stars because I did not want to take credit away from the few hard... working employees they do have. My last visit was especially disappointing when I saw a raw ball of dough sitting on the counterby the register (needless to say outside of the food prep area). I brought it to the staff?s attention to which he acknowledgedhe knew about it. No attempts were made to clean it up. Do better Dominos. Read more

I have a free coupon from my apartment complex for this location. It?s for a simple free large pizza with one topping. I called... the first time, the guy mumbled and placed me on a five minute hold. After realizing no one was going to pick up I called againjust be put on hold, spoke to some one else and was placed on hold again. I spoke to four people who tried my coupon code and itapparently doesn?t work. Yet I received it in the begging of the month from when I moved into my new place, and there is noexpiration date. However, I spoke to two ?supervisors? and no one was able to honor this coupon. They didn?t even try tocompromise with me. Read more

Normally I don?t order my wings from pizza places but was feeling like why not since never really had issues with Dominos. Never... been to this location saw the reviews and ratings so placed an ordered on the app for 1 large thin crust pizza and 10 pc wingslast Saturday night. Everything was coo until I got home and bit into the wings. Pizza was good ???? as it should be but thewings ???? soggy and mushy on the inside I couldn?t even finish them due to the inconsistency. The wings reminded me of grocerystore wings but the cheap knockoff branded wings when you?re shopping on a budget. Also they were lacking sauce (as pictured)like someone just poured alil sauce on top to make sure it?s visible enough when checked at the counter for pickup. I wish thewings were cooked more thoroughly too. I?ll just stick with pizza from Dominos and get my wings elsewhere. Read more

***Update*** Ordered the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas, as well as the ExtravaganZZa. All three pizzas were swimming... in grease, to the point of soaking through the boxes. All three pizzas were inedible. We gave feedback on the app, and we wereoffered either 60 points (1 free pizza) or 20% off our next order. There was a third option that said "I don't want either ofthese options". Thinking that it might get us some further help, we clicked it. It closed the feedback portion and just took usback to the app. We then submitted a complaint via email, to which we got no response. We will not be ordering from themagain. Recieved an email from the General Manager Ruth. She apologized for the quality of food and offered to replace our orderand try to redeem the bad visit. We decided that we would give them another chance. So we called and placed our order withBailey. There was some confusion regarding the credit, but Bailey quickly offered to call the manager, and shortly hereturned to the phone confirming the credit and ready to take our order. When our order arrived, it was correct except for oneof our pizzas. It was supposed to be thin crust but it arrived as hand tossed.
