They were kind enough to send a redo with no olives but ignored the original order instructions. Went in to pick up my order and another customer was ahead of me and paid in cash. Brandon was at the register and took the... money and change. I noticed Brandon had a band aid on one of his fingers because he was picking at it while at the register.After cashing out the customer, Brandon went to the pizza prep area and started making pizzas. He did not wash his hands andmost importantly, he stuck his bare hands in the toppings to build pizzas with a bandaid on his finger. No gloves or anything.Just bare hands with a nasty band aid. I asked another guy for a refund and the store manager?s name. He called a guy namedChase to assist me with a refund. I assume Chase is the manager or shift leader. He asked me what?s wrong and why do I want arefund? I told him because Brandon has a bandaid on his finger and he is making food. Chase said he has on a bandaid because hecut his finger. I said but that?s nasty because that?s contamination. Chase said but he washes his hands. I said that?s stillnasty because he should not be touching food and I just want a refund. Where can I start I told them when I ordered my pizza I was deathly allergic to mushrooms so I asked if they cut my food with... something that didn?t touch mushrooms they said ok and when the man delivered my food said ya we used clean blades andeverything so I get ready to eat and after a couple pieces I started having trouble breathing I brought it up to them and theycalled me a liar so if you or anyone has a mushroom allergy I would not recommend this place not coming here because I almostdied and ps you guys need to work on your customer service and food preparation bc your disrespectful this location only justwanna clarify Read more

I had a very bad experience, the girl was giving me my cake order and she dropped it, she went to get me another one. After more... than fifteen minutes and I could see many orders of the same cake coming out and packed for customers that are not present. Itold the employee who was packing them just give me my order so I can leave, he responded all these are not yours, but withinseconds he handed me a box and told me this is yours. When I got home and opened the box it turned out to be a chicken order notcake. I called them and told them about what happened, the blunt response was come back and we will give you another one. The location is great. The parking is kind of dark - some lights will really help. We ordered 3 medium; 2 vegetarian pizzas and... sets of knobs with Marinara sauce. The cost was too much; so we cancelled the vegetarian pizzas. When we got there we saw theManager's Special for $9.99. The manager after we explained what happened fix everything and gave us the extra pizza -- whichwas fixed on the spot-- for free. She explained to us that when you call the staff only tells you the national special NOT thelocal special. Please make sure when you call you always ask for the National and Local special. I have in the past enjoyed Domino's Pizza from this location. I recently ordered some medium pizzas and I must say if I could... give a zero star rating I would these pizzas were weak to say the least they were thinner than a saltine cracker when I orderedthin crust and they were tiny pizzas the size of something you might get from Red Baron in the frozen section of your Walmart.As a matter of fact the Red Baron frozen pizza was far superior to the pizzas I received from this Domino's. I will never ordermedium pizzas from Domino's again if this is the new standard and I advise you to think of some other location to order yourpizza from . Pathetic Read more
