"Area" manager called the cops on me today, because i had an attitude, when i came in the store. I told him what was my... issue..call center person could not take my order, he was giggling as i repeated my order 4 times. Area manager then told methat is how we do business..my response was well you should do better. I was like you can apologize, he stated he would not needto do that and started to argue with me and told me, he can care less and i can leave his store. I was like, just take my order,he refused any service and called the cops. Very unprofessional and rude, but no worries on Monday i will call his corporateoffice and file an official complaint. I am also a general manager and i would not behave myself with any customer like this,what in the world he was thinking?. By the way, i had not raised my voice not once and did not curse at him. Ordered pizza with light sauce, pizza came with extra sauce. Our bread sticks and cinnamon Stick boxes were drenched in oil like... the food had been sitting for a while and it took 1.5 hours to get our food! I ordered a pizza for delivery, traditional delivery, not contactless and got a text message letting me know my driver was... coming. I waited for someone to knock on my door for 20+ minutes and nothing! Check the tracker and it says completed. Come tofind my food on the ground In front of my door.... Not my expectation at all. If I could put zero I would. I have never rated a place before but this food was so bad I had to post. I got the garlic knots... and they were literally sitting in a box of grease that when I bit into one it made a smooshy sound because it was completelysoaked in grease. I had to throw them away. I called and asked for the manager who happened to answer the phone just to let himknow how bad the food was and that it was inedible and he says that?s how they come out sometimes. So basically that?s not howthey truly are supposed to be if it happens ?sometimes?. On top of that he sounded like I was bothering him. I don't get all the bad reviews because honestly, this location makes the best pizzas I have ever ordered from a Dominoes. I... order from the app and every time, the team cuts my pie in squares, and makes it extra crispy. Plus, their tracker system isprecise, the food is baked fast, the store is clean and the workers really do a great job with the construction of the pizzas.
