I tried to call this location but the number goes to a deaf interpreter. They were pretty busy this morning and I appreciate... what they do. However my sandwich was burnt and the donuts were tossed upside down in a bag and all the icing was therefor onthe bag and not the donuts. The girl who took my order seemed to rush me m, though I was waiting for a fee minutes before shetook my order. When I went to the window she said not a word to me except for "here" to give my card back. When she brought memy food, she just dropped it to me and walked away without a word. Largo Medical Center is where I work! I see Sophia, Lauren and Manny on a daily basis! These guys are the best - They know... what I like and as soon as I come in the am they have my favorite drink (CUSTOM MADE FOR ME) ready at the counter. I had neverreceived this kind of attention from a fast food establishment I love how they know everyone's name; this makes a hugedifference in the quality of service. Sophia is definitely the one I have dealt with the most and she is my favorite - I ameven getting a tattoo from an artist she recommended! but I will not leave the rest of the staff out! the whole staff isgreat. On Mondays (I hate Mondays) they are always smiling, with a great attitude and it makes my morning better - Good vibesall around. I am sure we would be great friends. The owner of this franchise should feel lucky - They've got the best peopleworking at this location - good, consistent, customer service is what makes (or destroys) a franchise, and this one right herewill go a long way. People should recognize them by name whenever posting a review!!! They need to know how special they are toeveryone here. They keep us awake! and running. The kind staff member today was wonderful. I was provided with exactly what I was hoping for and didn't know how to ask for. I... was also offered sweetener I didn't know I would need. I really appreciated the whole interaction, and the coffee was great! Ionly wish I had caught a name to more directly complement the barista. Just thanks so much!! Read more
