Usually not too bad. This time, wasn?t great. Pulled up to the window and one of the employees was carrying her baby around... behind the counter. Less than a year old, maybe 6months. I understand if she?s in a tough spot, but babies throw up, spit up,etc at unpredictable times. Not sure if I want that around my food. Also dangerous for the baby? Anyways, fries were probablythe worst I had ever had from McDonald?s, weren?t cold but somehow still tasted like they had been left out for 3 hours. Nuggetswere okay. I ordered a kids meal for my grandson .6 piece nuggets and fruit punch. I paid with my debit card and got a receipt for $7:18. I... drove to 2nd window where I was handed a large bag with a straw sticking out The employee said "have a good day, goodby. I droveoff enroute to my destination My grandson opened the bag nothing in it but napkins and a straw. I was in a hurry to get mygrandson to his karate class so I I stopped at a KFC. While getting breakfast this morning, around 5:50-6:00 A.M. our cashier Kaylee (sorry didn't ask how to spell her name) was... beyond polite. She made a hectic morning go way smoother! Always serves soggy hash browns and they want to up the price to $2 per hash brown and the quality is just horrible. And then if... they miss an item on your order they want to have you pull up out of the drive-thru and then come get your card take your cardinside to run it and then not bring you a receipt when they bring your card back. The food was below average the chicken was overcooked and it also was cold the biscuit was not fresh the hash brown was cold and... greasy. I would have taken it back but I just didn't want to waste my time I threw it away. Read more
I don't go to McDonald's too often. Over the last few months, they've been closed multiple times even though they say 24 hours.... They've had no soda twice. No fried food twice. Fried food is hit and miss if they're warm. A lot of the staff is unfriendly.Slow to take orders. Basically, something has been an issue almost every time I've gone to this location. Slow service. Wanted me to pull forward when no one behind me. (Black) manager argued with me. Window girl was nice at first,... but then became rude because I wouldn?t pull forward, still at this point, no one behind me. Didn?t receive my receipt. Waitedalmost 10 minutes for food. We ordered Uber eats from this location. We were missing a large fry and any sauces for our nuggets or mcchicken. They also put... a double quarter pounder with cheese that we did not order in the bag. The bun was rock hard and it smelled like it had beensitting out for a long time.
