There should be a NO STARS, unless I missed it on the last page. What does McDonalds do? Do they go fishing every time someone... orders a fish sandwich. Everytime I order a fish sandwich there is a wait time, however this time was a 20 minute wait. Thisparticular store was the worst I have ever experienced. $15 an hour my behind. Read more

The absolute worse McDonalds in county,possibly the entire state . Always a long wait ,even if they are not busy, Always made to... pull up to a window by dining room or parking spot to wait for food ,even if no other cars are in the drive-thru , and lazyemployees will always say "just soda is available" if you ask for a shake or Frappe if the drive-thru is busy. Just a horribleexperienve anytime we try to save a few mile drive to go to other McDonalds . We will drive to Georgia before we ever come hereagain ! Read more
I had a mobile order, and the lady who took the orders said I couldn?t get it because the phone that I used to make the order... wasn?t on the premise. I turned around the corner and spoke to the lady at the cash register but she had my order and everythingwas just fine so the first lady didn?t even check to see if I could still get my food- she was willing to just let me drive awaywithout my order. The young kid that runs the food window doesn?t seem to care about my questions or my concerns about why the1st lady was refusing to give me my order. Read more
I tried being understanding about them waiting till I got to pick up my order to tell me they were totally out of something, I... tried to be understanding when I didn't get the cool box for my adult happy meal and the drink order was wrong, figuring theywere out of them or whatever... but the child in me is so sad I really didn't even get the toy from the meal. ???? came here around 11:30pm August 21, 2022. I?m not sure the name of the lady working the drive thru but I?m giving 5 stars for... her. They were packed and under a lot of stress but she was handled it really well and even paid for what I ordered. Greatperson and she deserves a raise. Read more
Its Mc Donalds hard to mess food up. Sign of the times one person working hard everyone else standing around looking at phone.... How about grabbing a broom. Lots of outdoor seating. Read more
Before it was sold the food was always hot. Now it seems like the steam tables are never turned on and if they are it's... extremely low. If you want hot food you better make sure it just came out of the kitchen otherwise you're out of luck Read more
