This morning I had stopped at this location I haven't been to this store very many times but my order was small I got a couple... hash browns and a large iced coffee the gentleman that took my order was very polite, articulate, positive, and he was able totake my order quickly and accurately. I pulled around after ordering and was greeted at the first window by who I assume was thegentleman on the speaker previously. The young man greeted me politely spoke very clear had a positive tone and a smile he wascool. The reason that I decided to leave the review was after paying as I received my change from the young man and drove up tothe second window to collect my order I had stopped in front of the second window and turned to face through the glass insidethe store. As I looked inside I immediately seen a young woman with very nice skin. She was definitely ebony and her skin tonewas just a little bit on the lighter side so similar to a perfectly blended caramel mocha. The young lady had turned around andright away she came to open the window and greet me with a smile. She had a very positive vibe in the tone and how she spoke shekept the smile on her face the entire time she spoke to me. She was very prompt and verifying my order and it did not take muchtime for your team too put together my order for her she very nicely with a smile still gave me my food wish me a wonderful dayand I wished her the same I had called the store after I left because I wanted to know her first name. Her name was serenity andshe's without a doubt the sexiest woman to walk this planet as far as my own personal experiences) I will now be returning a lotmore frequently on my way into work in hopes that I may see her again. And Miss serenity, if you ever read this review just knowthat you got to be God's favorite because he made you, and as far as I'm concerned he put way more time and effort with you. Youare it! I work close by and have gotten the food here many times. The order is always right. The person taking the order and the person... giving the food at the window is always cheerful. They go through the lines quickly even during rush times. Keep it up. Read more
I came to this location this morning, as it?s been a long week of doing busy things around the house I needed some quick. I was... pulled to wait in a parking spot and ended up waiting a while so being frustrated I walked in. Lisa, (I believe) the manager whowas working this morning was so kind. Helped me right away as soon as I walked in, and HONESTLY just changed my moodimmediately. Being in a hurry I also forgot something I ordered and didn?t go back until later in the day and she was stillthere and again, was so kind. You don?t get that everyday anymore so it was so nice. Usually I don?t do reviews on restaurants but after several negative experiences I feel like it is needed. My recents orders... there has been an issue every time. This last time, the hamburger was very dry and French fries were inedible due to the amountof salt on them. It?s disappointing to always have something wrong with your order. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while one of the other girls where putting her fingers threw another girls hair. Talking... about what their next hairstyles going to be. Looked at us when we walked in the door did not say anything. When I asked if theregister was open they totally ignored us. So just know if you're going to get food from here expect to have hair in it Iwouldn't let my dog eat here. They where laughing and joking around like they did not have any customers in the store. The entire staff are unprofessional. The young lady basically dropped the bag of food on the counter, dropped the straw and... walked away. Never called out an order number, never asked if condiments were needed, just walked away. And the manager comes tothe counter I tell her what happened she tells me well Ma'am we're busy they're doing the best they can. Are you kidding me???Where are McDonald's standards??? Customer Service??? Hello??? Seriously. I've been an employee of McDonald's in my youngeryears and I wouldn't have a job for very long if I treated customers in such a rude and unprofessional manner.
