McDonald's is McDonald's! They are a fast food restaurant that hires mostly young teenagers, for many of whom this is their... first job. Therefore they are learning & will make mistakes. Just went there to get some late night food. Their sign says 24 hrs and on google it says open, however their lights were dimmed... for the drive thru but kitchen lights were on inside and we saw someone inside as well. We pulled up to the drive thru andreceived no response. They appear to be closed even though they claim to be open 24 hrs and their hours on google are 24 hrs.This was at 12am. Read more
Worst service of any fast food place. I go there about once a month and every time the service is horrible. I just left the... drive thru at 10:15pm after me and 5 other cars sat for 7 minutes and then an employee says they they are closed. Read more
Every equipment is constantly broken or they're lying just don't want to do their jobs and they're managers have no clue about... arithmetic. I'm having issues with them giving me my refund for not wanting to do what they were hired to do. Pretty sad thatthis exemployee of McDonald's from the nineties had to tell the manager how to do their job and how to use their POS. I gottasay McDonald's hires anybody. Read more

Mobile app order. Got drinks fast told to pull ing parking and wait. Waiting 20 minutes now for fries and nuggets. Someone just... came out and asked what my order was. Worse service ever. At the drive thru they kept taking the other side and ignoring us. Then when we finally got to order we... tried to use our app and the lady had no idea what we were talking about then we tried to explain we were using our app the ladytaking orders said we were yelling so she ignored us. So I went inside and used my rewards to get a free medium fry. Which had15 French fries in it. I won't go back there again. Read more
