We are standing there and they ignore us for over 10 minutes. Too busy doing to go and pick up orders. Empty out numerous meats... and then come to us and say what?s left is all not cooking anything else. Ridiculous service per the usual as places these days.Just add this place to the list. Read more
Lots of complaining from people expecting this to be a 5 star restaurant. This Panda is fantastic. Yes, they're out of food... sometimes late in the night and they close the lobby earlier because they're short staffed (as everyone is), but the food isalways good and the service is always pleasant. Don't listen to the Karens reviewing this place. It's a good spot unlessyou're the type of person to come in 30 minutes to close and expect a full spread to be available. Read more
Just had Orange chicken delivered, first of all the chicken is different and very cheap version, second of I asked for 2 scoops... of sweet and sour sauce to be out on my rice. What I got was a soufflé cup of it that wasn?t even a 1/3 full. Verydisappointed my hubby and I have been eating here for years. Read more

Always a good experience. Rosi even knows my order and that I like chopsticks. Wonderful employees. Edited because I got a... wrong order. New people working and gave me fried rice instead of super greens. Very disappointing to get home and have half ameal I'm not even going to eat instead of what I ordered. Read more
As a store manager myself if you cook to the needs of the business you will not have a shortage problem where a customer walks... out and does not purchase a single product and send them to your next door competitor that will not maximize sales and orrevenue. You also make adjustments during the day to extrapolate how your closing will be. You also train your managers to notlet employees close the lobby early as well this is not acceptable. This is not to bash this location it is to let themanagement know what's going on during the closing shift. Read more
I?ve eaten at this Panda on three different occasions now. Every single time the drive thru is unimaginably slow. This place has... a severe management issue. I thought it may have been an employee shortage but it?s taken an hour for a small order now and Isee at least 5 workers running around minimum? Read more
