Worst Papa John's store in the district. We were delivered the wrong pizza, called for a new one - first they tried to tell us... it was correct, that the pepperoni was just under the cheese..didn't believe us. The pizza we got was the wrong crust, wasmissing 2 toppings we ordered, and had bacon that we dony eat. We were then offered a store credit, so we asked to use it now,but was told that if we wanted it now, we would have to go pick it up. Disappointed in the way they responded to our situation. Been going to this location for the last 8yrs, as it is right down the street. Many times I picked up and other times, had it... delivered. This time I picked up my Pizza went to get one my ?Carryout Club Member? card initialed. I had 5 of them, 4 now. I?duse to forgot mine and pick up another. Today, when I choose carry out, I brought my card but ?The Manager?said we do not honorthese anymore, and proceed to throw it in the trash, as if it was his property to do so. I was astonished at his brashness andattitude and with a few choice words I requested my card back. He did like my choice of words and ripped it up and in the trashit went. At the time, I was so in shock I just left after him telling me he was ?The Manager?. However, what I should ofasked?.. is there an expiration date? Which the answer is NOT. Wonder what he?ll say to my last 4 cards, but now the questionsis?. Would you let him make you a pizza??? Read more
Fast and easy but the sauce has way too much sugar in it. I swear, also too much of it. I was in HS when Papa John?s the... original owner came to our HS and gave out free pizza and had us become customers for life, I was for a very long time but I dothink the sugar content in the sauce has changed and almost makes the pizza sweet. We ordered 2 steak & cheese papadillas. @ $9.99 each and the little mcchicken things. Worst EVER. For $10 each you'd expect your... steak and cheese to have enough steak so you can taste it and chew it. #papajohnspizza you can do better. Read more
How is it that they charge you extra for veggies and only put it on 2 pieces of pizza? It just feels like a scam.
Picked up carry out order. Was ready when they said. Pizza really was tasteless. I ordered pineapple and ham. There was a small... smathering of both topings. For $14 it should've been loaded. A $1 pizza at store has more toppings. Wasn't impressed Papa. Read more
Woust pizza I ever had... They couldn't event cook the veggies. They through on top, raw veggies.. Wings where nothing but fat.... I'm in the restaurant biz and I will never oreder from there again. Not to mention it was delivered 30 minutes after the appsaid. Replace the manager and stalf... NOW if you want to save that franchise. Read more
