I wish zero stars was an option. Ordered pizza and wings tonight at 7:55pm, received delivery confirmation for 8:13pm. At... 8:55pm, after very patiently waiting for our dinner, we called to inquire on the status of our delivery and they said theycan't deliver our food, but we could come pick it up, even though we ordered it for delivery and it had been sitting under aheating lamp for at least 45 mins. The main manager that was on tonight was amazing . I called in at 10pm not knowing they closed early. Her name started with an R... but she felt bad i was calling and didn?t know the times changed due to having a short staff and still made my pizza ! Read more

I called to make a delivery order today Saturday at 8pm and a girl answered the phone she was very rude as I was asking for the... specials.i asked her to repeat her self couse she was so fast I could not understand what she was saying and she snapped on mysaying witch part did I not f.....ING understand like wow I thought to myself. Order was supposed to be ready in less than 20 minutes and they were supposed to bring it out to the car when I pulled up. I... waited 40 minutes and finally went inside. They said they missed that they were supposed to bring out to the car. I had ordereda stuffed crust pizza and paid $2 more for that. The manager said they were out of stuffed crust and offered a twenty-five centrefund, even though I paid $2. That made no sense. I finally Saud cancel the order and refund the whole thing. The managersaid "ok". I had to ask for a receipt for the refund, he finally gave it to me but it was not for the same amount. I am notconvinced he refunded it. He never apologized for the mess up.
