I had a coupon they said they would not accept it. They told me they would honor only a 5 dollar off coupon that I did not have... so go home and get it. I will never shop there again. I ordered 2 meals (2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks) Didn't receive second bag of chips or drink. My sandwich barely... had any meat on it. I tried to call and got a machine. My husband went back to get them and was told they were not on thereceipt. I am looking directly at the receipt and clearly see I ordered 2 of each and didn't receive them. My husband wastedmore gas to go back and got no results! I will drive a couple more blocks to Ulmerton Road or even Missouri Ave, let's see ifthey do better. They certainly can't do any worse. These must be franchise. No meat on the sandwich. Out of cups because of a supply shortage told it?s the customers problem and... we have to pay for large now. We usually go to the one by Wendy?s up the road and will continue to do so, hopefully anotherowner. Waste of money here. Read more
Mike, you are the BEST!! If corporate sees this review PLEASE take a good look at this man! His customer service was nothing but... excellence! He was kind and thoughtful and went out of his way to ensure that all three sandwiches had A+ taste quality! He wentthe extra mile to make my bacon crispy and my chicken not chewy. I've been in management before and let me tell you this guywould be so far on my radar that there was no denying him for elevation!
