My husband and Ialways ?? us some subway!!! So....yesterday, I was on my way home..exhausted..I passed a Subway and immediately... made a U-turn. It was just after 5' and I knew they would begin to be busy soon. As I came in the 2 young ladies were busycleaning the restaurant and resupplying the sandwich board. They seemed either tired or frustrated. Maybe the previous shift wassuppose to take care of what they were doing before they left??? I cheerfully said, good afternoon ladies!" No responseexcept, "how can I help you." I ordered my usual order, the same way that I usually do. It was difficult to see if my subs werebeing made correctly because of 2 huge stickers on the glass obstructing my view. When I got home, both subs were made the sameway. I have a sensitive palette to anything hot. My husband does not. I also don't like black olives and banana peppers. I hadto pick those and the jalapeños off my sandwich. What a mess!! I have worked in the fast food industry before and they alwayspromoted me to the morning shift. So, I would encourage Beverly, if she doesn't like the late shift, Do better. Read more
12:30 Friday. Guy 8n front ordered 5 subs to my one sub. Pretty fast making sandwiches but not the greatest at making them look... nice when I got home. Slightly sloppy and most of the employees have a good personality. Read more
I have been going to this subway for years now since I started high school. I have seen a lot of people come and go. I wont be... back to this subway. the food was good it was the service most of all. No one working there seems happy to be there ay all. Iwould be happy with just small talk or even a smile. I will drive over 15 mins away when I want subway. Please just try andsmile more and be more friendly. Read more
Went in tonight (3-5-22) at about 8:30 to get 4 sandwiches. One of the girls working was so rude from the get go WE said hello... to her and got no response. She was slamming bread trays getting our bread out. saying "next" with an attitude when she wasstarting to work on the next sandwich. We didn't promptly tell her what meat we wanted on the 4th sandwich when she asked andbecause It was being decided she said again with an attitude "I thought you said there was 4 sandwiches!" Her whole attitudeand tone was nasty and rude her customer service sucked. We usually leave a good tip but absolutely not with that attitude. Ihope she doesnt treat all the customer this way. This location shows it closes at 9:30 ok Google (if it doesn't close at thetime it should be corrected) so if her attitude was because they were all cleaned up and we came in an hour before closing mightwanna tell your employees not to clean up the food prep table so early because a whole hour before closing you could have manycustomers than what? she gonna be nasty to everyone? I got a video towards the end of her throwing cookie tongs into the cookieholder. Not one smile, smirk, hello, thank you, have a good night nothing came out of her mouth. This is the worst subway I've ever been to all the food taste bad and old nothing is fresh and the service is horrible nobody... has respect and when I walked in there was nobody even at the registers there was no employees ready to help me for almost 2minutes and there were no customers at all. There were two employees present that finally showed up after I screamed hello andthen I looked at this Subway's reviews and seen just completely unsatisfied people and I now understand why I would notrecommend the store to anybody it was the worst attention I've ever had in my life and I will never shop there again not tomention Subway does not offer all the type of breads that they used to offer. This place has not skimped on the vegetables. Really love the sandwiches we?ve gotten from this location.
