I came in today to pick up a take out order. There was a new person training in the back. The manager on duty (I think she was... the manager) kept apologizing rather profusely for any delays. It didn't help that customers waiting in line still complained. Terrible. This Wendy?s has been going downhill for the last year and a half. Tonight 8/10/2022 at 10:12 pm, I ordered an Asiago... chicken combo. A six piece chicken nugget on the side. Everything was crisp as crisp. The fries were like kettle fries, mynuggets had been so dried up in the oil they let sit all day, they were dried out!!!! Tired of this location. Open a Burger Kingthere and level this place!!! The service sucks, the Managers are the absolute worst for letting this food pass. Unbelievable.Shut it down!!! Read more

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me at 11:40 am Friday (yesterday). The drive thru is... horribly slow, has been for months. The people at the window are friendly, but the service is TURTLE SLOW! Whomever is themanager needs to take notice and get some training together, because that is pitiful. Years ago I was a timer for jack in thebox, and that amount of time waiting in the drive thru would have warranted a meeting from the district manager, because thatkind of wait is totally unacceptable! The fries aren't really hot, so they aren't cooking to order, so...what's the problem?Turn up your heat lamps and get the orders taken and pumped out. When I finally got up to the order mic, I was 'put on hold'immediately...for 2 minutes! 'I'll be right with you' (and waiting for another 2 minutes) is not what I want to hear afteralready waiting 15 minutes for 3 prior car orders!
