I love Wendy's, and I tried to there Italian chicken sandwich. The chicken was very tasty, but I wish the mozzarella was not... fried. The chicken was fried, so I feel it was just to much fried items together. It might have been better with lettuce andtomato. Still over all not a bad sandwich. Read more
Went through drive through at 5:15 pm and ordered two double stack biggie bags. Got junior bacon cheeseburgers. My... granddaughter hates tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise which were all on this burger. Very disappointed. Already home before Irealized mixup. Wendy's is usually so much better. Already boycotting McDonalds, hate to have to boycot Wendy's too. Disappointing meal and very unhappy little girl. Read more
I don?t usually get fast food breakfast, but I forgot to grocery shop and needed something before work. I had a coupon for a... free breakfast sandwich with purchase, so I decided to to use it in the drive thru at this location at 7:30am this morning. Iwas a bit anxious about stopping for breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised by their staff!! The lady who took my order andmanaged my coupon and payment was SO friendly. I was sure to compliment her at the window. She ensured that my coupon was addedto the transaction and was friendly and great at multi tasking all at once. The gentleman at the second window that who handedme my food was very friendly and handed me my food quickly, but made sure to give me a friendly smile and good morning. The foodwas good and the staff really did have wonderful attitudes and eased any anxiety I had about stopping for breakfast. Thanksagain!! Went there this morning for a breakfast sandwich. The sausage was black and burnt. Taste like charcoal. Showed the manager so he... replaced it. The second one?. Same, burnt and was hard like charcoal. I just throw it away. So shocked to see there quality gofrom excellent to real bad. Read more
Unsanitary. The guy handling the money was scooping cups in the ice bin, ignoring the scoop. I pointed out this was unsanitary... and asked for another drink. He did the same thing again not understanding basic restaurant hygiene. My biggest problem was themanager peeked around to listen and then disappeared without correcting the situation. I also ordered a large chili that had nomeat at all. Just a large bowl of beans without much liquid just a bowl of beans. I threw away the beans and drink and ate theburger and fries.... and had stomach issues that night and the next morning. (Could be unrelated who knows) Obvious lack ofmanagement. Definite hygiene issues right in front of customers.(what happens in the back where no one sees?) Will never eat atthis location again. Read more
Every time I come here they are respectful and quick. I have drove by another Wendy's to come to this one. Today they had to... deal with a major Karen who was holding up the line, but they still apologized for the wait when we got up to the window. Justan absolutely incredible team you have here and Wendy's should be very proud of this restaurant! Read more
The service was polite and fast once the staff realized I was waiting. No one in the front waiting on customers and the... restaurant wasn't wiped down. Tables were dirty and order was cut short. I know I order the value fries but I wasn't therecipient of the value. Read more
This is the second time I've tried to enjoy this location for dinner as it's very close to my home. It's RIDICULOUS!! I don't... know who the manager is of this particular location but I'm not sure they know what they are doing when it comes toinventory.They're always out of multiple items. I will say the workers that have tried to serve me were great & the restaurantis clean. Hope they can figure out their inventory issues! Read more
