Wish I could leave 0 stats. And wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. 50 bucks down the drain!!! Ordered the Philly... cheese steak Deluxe requested please no mushrooms got it loaded with mushrooms. 2 orders of chicken wings UNDERCOOKED. Theyseriously just served me and my children raw chicken??? I'm disgusted. The sausage in the baked Ziti was burnt. The meat on thePhilly was burnt. All the sauce from the wings covering every other food we ordered except for the wings! Save your hard earneddollar. This was thrown together without a care in the world. Ordered the large Philly deluxe pizza, ask for no mushrooms and got mushrooms. Pizza was overcooked and hard, and the sauce was... very thin with not a lot of cheese. So the pizza was not very edible. I did order garlic knots which turned out really good,also got a Caesar side salad that was also good. Then ordered a meatball sub, which was good. Save the fact that it was fullmeatballs on one side and half pieces on the other side which was strange. My last pizza experience with this place was averageat best, and this experience was not that great at all. So don't know if I'd be willing to try another pizza from this place. Iknow people are humans and make mistakes but to mostly negative experiences with the pizza in a row make me question whether I'dbe willing to try again. Read more
I will not be doing business with this store in the future. I placed an order for 2 pies and arranged the pick up time. When I... show up I'm told my order is not available because someone else walked off with it, and the girl behind the counter doesn'tappear to know what's going on and was blasé. So I ask to speak with the manager to understand what happened and how this canbe resolved. No apology, no explanation - just a flat someone took your order. As though this happens all the time, and sincethe orders are kept behind the counter and the staff have to physically retrieve it, this comes down to complete carelessness onthe side of the staff. Ok, fine, but an apology would have been a good first step. Otherwise, the rest of the interaction wasterrible customer service and a bad attitude from the manager. Just nope! Read more

We ordered delivery and it never came. After 1.5 hours we called and asked for an update the girl who answered the phone (seemed... clueless) said she would check on the driver?another 20 minutes went by. We tried calling back but phones kept ringing and noone ever answered. 2 hours from the time we ordered they were finally closed. What a POS place. Read more
