Had to do a chicken sandwich taste test! We got it delivered by Uber Eats. I forgot to take pics but we tried plain, mango... habanero, Korean BBQ, and Hawaiian. The Korean BBQ was a little salty for my taste. The food was packaged really well andarrived hot and fresh. We had fries and fried corn. The corn was odd, but decent. Long waits, way too salty fries, even wings felt salted, for not that cheap. Many like it, but it's not for me. ----- I've been... curious and wanted to try Wingstop for a while. A year or 2 ago I placed an online order (might have been a different location)but they later called to cancel it (I think someone had left early or something). 2nd time was this locale in person, but afterwaiting way too long to be served I gave up and went next door for food that was cooked and served in less time than that wait.This 3rd attempt they had less customers and I had more time to kill, but still had a long wait. Was tired of attempts and dyingof curiosity so I stuck it out and was eventually served. Had some fries on the way home but that was a salt bath. I had to stopeating them, even ketchup couldn't save. The chicken was eh, not that tasty (6 original I think, 6 lemon pepper), and feltweird/off. Next day leftovers were better, both in an air fryer. I wiped each fry down before reheating. The chicken seemed morecooked than the night before; might explain the weirdness. The crispiness helped them taste better, plus some sauce I added.Curiosity is satisfied. When placing an order, make sure you pick up your food, DO NOT get it delivered or you are going to have a horrible... experience!!!!! WINGSTOP made things right after some negotiations, because my order was delivered with half order missing. Wegot a full refund. Food was great!!! The delivery experience was horrible. 1st visit was perfect. Second visit was terrible. Third time was horrible. Second visit they did not follow request of how to... prepare. Did not find out until we were home. Third time Wings sandwich was not done pink inside. Confirmed by colleague at myoffice. Not just me. Bun was hard. Fries were good. It will be a very long time before I give it another chance to see if it'sthree strikes and you are OUT or if they're on a better roll. Music was alarmingly loud and crude. I mean vulgar! Drink area isvery dirty. Including the Coke machine. This store needs help!. You are around way too many restaurants to be bad. Read more
Went here on the way home from a special shopping trip and was informed they opened a location closer to me in Spring Hill!... Absolutely delicious new sandwiches! Got the lemon pepper and the Korean BBQ! Both fantastic choices! Read more
Donovan was an absolute pleasure to engage with on 5 free wings day. Despite him dealing with rude customers ( I witnessed) he... remained professional. He was helpful with my order (giving great suggestions based on my indecisive tastes) and just reallypleasant as I waited. Customer service has REALLY been lacking these last 2yrs so it really was nice to spend time with a youngperson who GETS the value of being present and who gave exemplary customer service! Read more

Amazing customer service from Mark!! After working Black Friday weekend, my daughter was super hungry and extremely tired, so we... ordered delivery from this location. It was running pretty late, which honestly didn't surprise me because it was insanity outthere with so many people shopping, we figured they were also ordering delivery. I finally called and was pleased to hear ourorder had just left the store. The next day I got a phone call from the manager Mark profusely apologizing for the late order. Itold him that I was confused as I hadn't actually complained about it as I understood how busy they were. He apologized againand said they had already refunded part of my order to make up for it being so late. It was a very nice surprise to say theleast. Thanks again Mark, you're awesome! Read more
