With the name, "America's Best Wings", what would one Expect- The BEST or at least CLOSE. The wings were not the best or even... close. They were ROCK HARD. If you like HARD wings, this is THE place. I had decided to eat in - Thankfully!! I returned to thecounter, and politely stated my concern about the HARD state of the wings and requested a replacement order. The young manaccepted my request and the ROCK HARD wings. Shortly, he returned with my replacement. I thanked him and left - big MISTAKE.They at least as hard as the first order. IF YOU LIKE 'ROCK HARD' WINGS - this is the place. If not, head for the hills - DONOT ENTER. The MEAT WAS, AT LEAST, AS HARD AS THE BONES. I will spread the word and never return. I decided for lunch I would try America?s Best Wings for my wife and I. I ordered two 10 pieces of wings with fries. I must say... the french fries were nice and hot, However the wings were absolutely horrible. They were very hard and made my jaws ache. It?svery unfortunate that I paid over $30.00 for such unsatisfying meals. I don?t believe the owner or supervisor care about how thechicken taste. Read more
The wings here are great and this is always my family first choice when ordering out. The wings are fried to perfection and the... presentation is amazing. However, I noticed whenever the owner or her family is in the kitchen cooking the food isn?t thatgreat. I believe the owner is more focused on food time than the actual food. Some of the wings aren?t covered in the sauce andit looks like the food is just thrown in the container. I also realized that whenever she?s in the kitchen, my fries aren?tfreshly cooked, I believe she is recooking fries. Keep the owner out the kitchen and this place would get 5 stars consistently! Got a chicken and shrimp sub combo. The sandwich needed more sauce but it was pretty ok.
Customer service needs work. Employees sound like they are ready to quit at 11 am on the phone. When you come in it's a... different story. Fast paced ordering. The flavor is absolutely delicious but the chicken is hard and cruchy if your into that. Read more
Sad little place! I should have known when I didn't see any customers. Chicken wings under cooked and flavorless, I give them... credit for the food being hot! The fries were also flavorless. My review is based on my experience not the food. Two days ago, I went to the store and ordered $50 worth of chicken, paid the... cashier who is kind and asked that my order be ready by 4pm for pick-up. It was for a meeting. The cashier said, no problem. At3:56pm, I saw I had a missed call and the owner had left a message that my food was not prepared because I didn't answer thephone. When I got I there, I asked why would this happen when I had paid in advance. The owner gave me no answer but just shookhis head. I told him that this wasn't my first visit and that he was conducting poor business. He never addressed my concern theor the fact that I had to wait for food was good but I will never personally patronize his business again. Read more
Customer service in this area is awful. I ordered in ADVANCE for pick up at a specific time. When I get there to pick up my... order they hadn?t even made it yet. They said that their policy is to confirm big orders prior to making it because it?s notpaid for yet. Even though I can understand that, it was a terrible inconvenience and no one explained that to me when I placedthe order. I think it?s important to be transparent to customers when because how else would we know what your business policiesare? It?s so annoying and I won?t ever spend my money at an establishment who has such little regard for inconveniencingpatrons. Read more
