If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I order at this location at least 2x/week and EVERY single time it?s an ordeal.... Curbside and carry out takes 30-45 mins minimum?just for your order to be wrong. And my order is ALWAYS wrong-it?s the one thingI can count on. I order a cookie, I get Mac n cheese or a brownie, or just no cookie at all more often than not. I order achicken biscuit (w/egg no cheese), I get biscuit with egg, cheese, and no chicken. I order a whole meal, not one sauce in sight.The worst part about it is the attitude they give you when point out that your $20 order is incorrect. And it?s not the kidseither, it?s adults and/or management! At this point, I?d rather walk to the Bowie location because the ?my pleasure? not mypleasure?n at this location. Read more

I waited 30 mins for curbside and had to go inside only to see they hadn?t even start the order. They prioritized drive thru.... When I asked what was goi on because the app kept asking did I get my food yet because even the app realized how slow it wasgoing, I went inside and the manager shrugged me off and said it?s a Saturday night. At this point there was no one in the drivethru and it became clear they JUST started working on our order and instead of the customer service Chick-fil-A is known for Igot blank stares and attitude from the manager. One staff member seemed somewhat apologetic but after seeing how his managerreacted just became nonchalant as well. In the end it took 50 mins to get our food. I hope corporate hires better management.Until then avoid this Chick-fil-A at all costs. Read more

Just go someplace else. Make the drive out to Bowie. See what it?s like in another city/county/state. Cook at home. Anything to... avoid going here. This location consistently gives McDonald?s service. The attitude, the lack of responsibility for theirmistakes, the lying to cover up said mistakes and blame the customer. This is by far one of my worse experiences with the Chic-fil-A franchise. They service here is bare minimum. They are either... understaffed or overworked. Whatever the issue is they need to resolve it fast. I made an order for my lunch to be delivered andinstead of it being delivered in the expected time frame, I received a notification that my order has been canceled and I shouldexpect a refund in 3-4 business days. They have yet to give me refund and it has been three weeks. Three weeks!! I have decidedto go ahead and report the transaction as fraudulent because they can?t seem to find my order. They are off the 495 they aregoing to be super busy, especially with the new developments. HIRE enough staff so that people?s orders don?t get canceled or wehave to to wait 1 hours to get our food in line. Read more

This is the worst chick fil a I?ve been to by far. My first experience I made a curbside order. It took over 30 mins for my... order to come out. The young man bringing the orders out must have been new he didn?t know which cars to deliver the orders to.I don?t fault him for being new someone should have been assisting him. Every order her brought out there was something missingor wrong. I even had to go inside because they left something off of my order. That defeats the purpose of a curbside order.While inside a woman was yelling across the counter because they could not get her order correct. Today I decided to give themanother chance but go inside to order. The line was relatively short yet there were many people waiting for their orders. Iordered a salad and a drink, an older woman next to me was also ordering using her points. Her barcode was scan and points weretaken away but they told her something had went wrong and she would have to call customer service. She asked for the number theydid not know it. Why make a suggestion and not be able to provide a number. As I stood there waiting for my order the woman wasarguing with the young lady behind the counter. Why not comp her order to have a satisfied customer ? Instead you have an angrycustomer who probably won?t return. I waited an unusually long time for a salad. While I waited almost every persons order hadsomething missing. People from curbside were coming in for missing items also. Something has to be done no one is payingattention there?s not leadership. You can barely hear them call out names for the orders. This is the closest chick fil a but Iwill gladly start driving out of my way to not have to deal with such horrible customer service. I want to give this place 0 stars because it's absolutely horrendous. This location is Terrible. I ordered curbside last Friday.... They never brought me my food. I was not physically able to go inside the restaurant which is why I ordered curbside. I calledand they don't answer their phone or return phone calls. They have the poorest service of any Chic Fila I have ever gone to. Tothis day I have never received my refund, a call back or anything. I strongly suggest you not to go to this location. I went to the Largo location and was so looking forward to the smokehouse BBQ bacon grilled chicken sandwich. I waited in line... for 15+ minutes. Had my order taken by a less than enthusiastic person. Waited some more to get my food. Then went back home toenjoy it. The disappointment I had when I opened the box. NO BACON. NO BBQ SAUCE. Just a plane grilled chicken sandwich. Checkyour food before you pull off. Especially if you?re just grabbing food on the go. I?ll just get a sandwich from Fridays nexttime. Read more

The food is always on point at Chick-fil-A. The staff is very attentive helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs to be... adjusted is the safety yellow poles that divides the two drive-thru lane in the parking lot. It?s unsafe for the customerdriving and trying to make a safe left turn near the parking lot curb without driving over the curb. Can someone fixes thissafety hazard by making the turning lane wide enough to turn. Read more
