The girl taking the orders in the drive-thru has an attitude and doesn't know anything about customer service or how to greet... people. I asked when I picked up my food if my fries could be made over, I was told to pull number one I did and the girl cameright behind me with the same fries. I know teenagers are cheap labor but sometimes they need to be trained better. Read more
I could only give a one star for this one here. I have been going to this Macdonalds for literally 3 years. Why? CONVENIENCE!!... There is always an issue with my order. I over look it and keep it moving. I'm now fed up. This morning I ordered a steak, egg,and cheese meal. The hash brown taste like salt was dumped on it, and the sandwich didn't have the special sauce on it. That'spretty much what makes the sandwich good. They probably were out of it which is fine, but tell me so that I can make anotherselection. Ok call the store, you never can get an answer. I mean never. So effective today. We were sitting in the drive through line for 20 mins at 10:10pm on 9/1/22. The cars before us told us they were sitting for 45.... We then see all of the workers leaving out. I assume they were clocking out from their shifts. The two cars ahead of us thenspeed off. As we go up to the speaker we are told they are no longer taking orders. Me and my boyfriend then drive around to thefront to greet and ask a couple of workers. ?Did you guys just quit???. ?We sure did!!?. NEVER going to this McDonald?s orestablishment again. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle this morning 5/9 and well.... it's obviously not sausage?
Simple order of unsweetened tea and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The tea was very very watered down sweet tea instead of... unsweetened and the biscuit had obviously been sitting there for a while hoping to be sold. I guess that?s the danger ofordering during the transition between breakfast and lunch. Inedible sandwich and barely drinkable tea. On the positive side,the mobile pay app worked great! Read more
I usually don't visit this restaurant at this location because my food is always prepped wrong or bad. The order takers and the... window people are great but it's the food preppers and sandwich makers who don't seem to care about how your food is made. Thepeople in the back do not care about the quality of your food. This is a photo of how my sandwich maker made my sandwich while Iwas going through the drive thru. I did not have time to return my sandwich because I was already far away after I haddiscovered the sandwich was made this way. The person who prepped this sandwich should make the sandwich correct and put morecare into what they do. I wouldn't even be surprise if this person does not wash their hands prior to starting their shift. Veryunacceptable.
