I have been coming to this Starbucks location since 2006 and never before have I had an interaction with the baristas like my... last. I informed the barista named Leah that I just made a mobile order that had extra ice added to my Frappuccino. Therefore,I would like a larger cup.. When I tried to explain that to her, She misunderstood my a comment and she acted as though she wasnot in a good mood. At that point she proceeded to he proceeded to get frustrated and told me that she would no longer bespeaking to me. Then she walked away from me as I was still talking. I told her that she had a nasty attitude and this is ahorrible way to treat your regular customers. Her response was a very curt "so". The management at this store does notrealize that it is the purchases of the regular customers that keep this store thriving as such. In the future I will notpatronize this Starbucks location as much and will continue to patronize other locations in my area. Read more
Staff is rude and doesn?t realize the work for the world renown Starbucks. Y?all need to rehire people that understand customer... service I?ve never had workers at star bucks be rude and I can say it was all three of the women working today who displayedunprofessionalism and now all four of the people working today are openly talking about customers. This was supposed to be a triple shot macchiato?it?s basically all milk. Smh not the first time.
I visit this location only if absolutely necessary. You will spend about 20-30 minutes waiting for a mobile order while they... make orders for the walk-in customers prior to yours. On top of that they will never read the instructions and make the coffeecorrectly. I ordered 1 pump of vanilla. My entire COFFEE is WHITE. It tastes like nothing but milk and all the vanilla sauce. Nocoffee. See for yourself. And this is my experience every-time. Read more

I went to this Starbucks location yesterday for a food/drink order. The employee that took my order had a very stinky attitude,... it was a girl with blonde hair. While trying to confirm my order was right I asked a question she rolled her eyes at me whileanswering the question. Just for me to later find out the food order was incorrect I asked for sausage instead they put bacon inthe sandwich. On top of that the wait time was long so I wouldn?t recommend. Read more

There are three Starbucks in the same vicinity but this one makes the best hot pumpkin spice latte in my opinion. However the... service is always slow and the customer service spotty. On my recent visit I asked the cashier (short blonde hair, lots of earpiercings) if she could make my drink because she made it very well the last time I was there. She said she couldn?t step awayfrom the register. Fair enough. I asked if another barista who also makes nice pumpkin spice lattes could make my drink. Shesaid that person was only making cold drinks and wouldn?t be able to make mine. I didn?t want to take the chance and havesomeone new make my drink so I took my money elsewhere. Read more
