8/27/22 Do not eat here! This place is terrible! They get the order wrong online AND in person. Every Time. The staff are... mean & cold. The drink machine has been out of order for months. They don?t have the new drinks. It?s the worst location in PGCounty. I asked for pepper & this guy sneaks & put salt on my food. Why would he do that? They way they put the sandwichestogether is very sloppy. He was just throwing stuff on there. After I realized they put salt on my food I had to go back upthere and ask for a refund. He would not refund me my taxes because he said that?s from the government. Then he said he don?tspeak English. He refused to give me a full refund. Go to another location. Go to any other subway in the area, they pre portion their rotisserie chicken smaller than any other store in the area!!!!! It... looks childish. Also, you pay, they don't slide you your sandwich, very lazy. Want you to reach on their side of the counter.All i had to do is speak clear English and pay. You make my sandwich and hand it to me when you are done or push it across thecounter. Read more
Unpleasant staff low inventory not knowing how to make a sandwich will never go back to this one again
Went to this Subway on Feb. 8, 2022. Establishment was empty of any customers. When I was asked as to what I wished to order,... because I hesitated to look at the menu, the young man waiting on me proceeded to roll his eyes impatiently. I explained in ajovial manner that I was old and blah, blah, blah. He neither laughed nor acted like my business was welcomed. Nevertheless, Itipped generously. I Will NOT be returning. Its 11/20/21, and this happened around 2019, but I thought people should know. I made a purchase previously, came back the next... day or 2 after filling out the survey to get the free cookie. I wish that I could avoid giving any stars at all.... my experience at this location was awful. I was a patron here about 3... weeks ago. The air conditioner must have been broken because it was stifling hot. They posted a hand-written sign that said"Don't touch anything" on the glass enclosure to the cheese....... not professional. The staff members were very rude. Iunderstand the hot conditions that they were working in; however, they were obviously getting frustrated with customers, and hadan overall poor attitude. When I walked up to pay for my order, I asked if I was charged for the meal like I requested, and thestaff member rolled his eyes, and then walked away from me. Needless to say, I took my sandwich and purchased a drink at theTarget across the street. Everyone is not able to endure stressful situations, and the poor overheated conditions likely took atoll on the young man ; HOWEVER, if you're on the clock, it is your duty to represent your business properly.
