I ordered chicken strips and shrimp. The strips were so burnt and hard I had to peel off the crust to eat them and they never... gave me my shrimp unfortunately my husband didn?t check the bag. The food is inedible. I will NEVER eat there again. Read more
Disappointed in Rudy the Manager for not being willing to accommodate us with a to go cup. He thought that we should drink all... drinks inside. I asked him is that because of the location where he is located for the shortage in not ordering enough cups. Ifind that to be very disappointing and disturbing. He told me I could pay $2 for a cup when I just paid $4 for a drink?knowingfull well foam Cup don?t cost that much. He was not willing to Compromise and was comfortable with me leaving this review abouthim as he Scrugged his shoulders and walked away. We have to do better people?my ask was not that much. I ordered take out. I got a coupon for a free dessert from my email.. I used it... big mistake. FYI don't use their "free... coupons" you will get a stale brownie. It was nasty. I wished I had just paid for my dessert so I might have gotten a good one.Also the burgers were soggy and fries were under cooked. Not coming back. Redevelopment has reached Largo/Landover in the area where The Golden Corral and Magic Johnson AMC Theatres is located; I hadn't... been to that Friday's over there in years prior to the Pandemic and after. I decided to have a day out with my children andgrandchild , so we all agreed to eat at Friday's then catch the movie NOPE at The Magic Johnson Theater. I was not disappointed.We had a blast, it was my grandson's second outing since the world started to move again. I ordered The Bucket of Bones whichconsists of chicken and ribs with fries based with the famous Jack Daniel's Whiskey sauce, my oldest daughter ordered theChicken Parmesan, my grandbaby had mashed potatoes and broccoli and my baby ordered almost everything. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. To begin, we ordered beer and 1 appetizer to start off with which never arrived... to the table. Francesca (our server) came back to take our order for entrees so we ordered an additional appetizer as well. Thesecond appetizer came out before the beers and the very 1st appetizer we ordered. You would think a simple beer would get toyour table within a matter of minutes instead we NEVER got it. Not to mention the table behind us was seated at the same time asus and when we received the 2nd appetizer they we?re receiving their to-go containers. We had to search for our server 3 timesto ask about our beverages and she informed us she was with a large party that?s no excuse for terrible customer service as weare also paying customers. The slowest and most neglectful service I have ever experienced. The staff also steals personalbelongings from the customers. My 5 year old daughter left bracelets on the table and when we returned for the bracelets evenafter confirming with them that they were on the table it coincidently disappeared. The service was slow due to how busy it was from the concert going on. You would think management would know when events are and... have more staff. The food came out quickly and was okay. My boyfriend and his friends liked their burgers. I got the southernfried chicken sandwich, it was just like a chicken patty, nothing special. Black Friday, restaurant is empty no wait no lines!! Great right?? No! Customer service was beyond the bottom of the barrel! We... were told she would be right with us, as we watched her count money and clock out!! Then we were greeted by another bartenderwho basically threw the straws and coasters at us!!
