Food is very good, but just feels so expensive for a fast food burger place. I mean it is a high end fast food place, but not... quite worthy of the cheapest burgers being $7. Little to recommend wanting to use their Indoor dining area.. Followup responseto their response: I didn't say anything about the quality, but dinged them a point for what I consider to be a cost vs size ofwhat I got disparity, especially considering it was a very basic burger, at more than twice the price of nearby fast foodrestaurants. Started a new job in San Rafael and got to have Shake Shack for the first time! Everything seems really fresh. I got a burger... with some Avocado. The fries are a little crispy on the outside but soft inside ( which I love ) and they have AMAZINGmilkshakes. I thought the food was appropriately priced and the restaurant was pretty clean, except the tablets you order from.They were pretty grimey. Nothing a quick trip to the bathroom doesn't fix. Might be my new go to lunch spot. Read more

The very first visit ever in my life ???????? I started out with the initial five ???? ???????????????? mostly because I was... homesick and #Prince came on while I was in the lobby ?? so I just knew I was in for a special treat and that all changedquickly the burger was slathered and almost invisible under the black truffle sauce as it was ?plentiful? so much that I justwiped it off. The chicken bites were so salty and the breading came off as I tried to pick it up to eat it ???????? the bestpart of my meal was the fries they were still warm when I got back to my hotel ???? We really enjoyed the burgers we got the other night. This was my first time having Shake Shack. The ordering process was easy... and the food was done quickly. We played Foosball while we waited, which was fun. I like the bacon and cheese fries I got withmy burger. The burger I got was cooked well and was still nice and juicy. I?ll definitely eat here again. It was more expensivethan the average burger place but it?s a nice treat every once and awhile. The shakes here were great! Read more
I've had the regular burger before and it was great! This time I got the mushroom burger but I didn't know there wouldn't be any... beef patty in there. Oh well it was still good. I really liked my pumpkin shake! Read more
