Love this place. Always fast and reliable. All their sandwiches are good.
This location had top notch staff. Not sure of cashiers name, but he was a Caucasian gentleman with long blondish hair, hope... this vague description give him internal recognition. Immediate welcome on arrival. Great suggestive selling, non pushy, andauthentic. Verified order. When not cashiering he was prebussing and bussing tables. Kitchen staff was professional andpolite. Never had a bad sandwich from any other locations either. Not locations problem, more corporate... drink cups,especially for to go orders are underwhelming in size for price. It's really 4 out of 4 stars. I won't give the last star because it's a chain but I really like their Philly. Good steak fries. ... It's grab n' go so no atmosphere. Read more
This place has a Fabolous cheese steak at a reasonable price. It is usually busy but they work fast 15 minutes is the waiting to... get your food. French fries are delicious, perfect for take out, sitting area is very small. Read more
Menu says hoagie comes with lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for everything but didn't get either (just got onions and sweet... peppers). Very small sandwich (I got the half size, but still). Not a lot of cheese on the "Philly Cheesesteak." The curly frieswere good though. Great advertising; But I could make a better sandwich at home. Nice customer service. Read more
OMG!!!! Awesome. Very tiny hole in the wall, but best place for Philly Cheese Steaks. I have never had a Philly Cheese Steak... like this one. Bread was soft and everything else was hot and very tasty. You will not be disappointed. Our son attends schoolin San Rafael. From now on the place we will go to every time we visit San Rafael. Staff was very friendly even though they werevery busy. You see everyone from kids to older adults. Food we can all agree on. Read more
Always delicious cheese steaks. A ton of different sandwiches to choose from. Something for everyone even vegetarians. Always... good to get there after 12:30 or before the high school crowd. Place can get pretty crowded. It also clears out pretty quickafter high school lunch is over. Always leave there feeling stuff. Watch out it can be addictive. Lol. Highly recommend. Read more
