Food good and quickly brought out. All the meals were good and hot. Although the fries were a little salty, the onion rings were... very good, crunchy and tasty. The burger I had was very good too. I visited this Applebee's on a Sunday afternoon with my wife. I'm taking 1 star away for the food experience and 1 star for the... waitress quality and dining environment. THE FOOD: I ordered a whiskey bacon burger which had a promotion that for $1 more Icould add a 5 piece plate of wings. Sounds like a good deal! However when the food came out it was not up to par. Everything wasvery dry - the fries, lettuce, pickles, meat, and bun were all very very dry. This may have been masked with the whiskey sauce,but there was barely any sauce thus tasting mostly like a regular burger and not a "Whiskey" burger. Usually you pick wings upand you've got buffalo sauce coated on your fingers, not these wings! I could still see the brown fried batter on the wingsthat's how little of sauce there was. THE WAITRESS: I feel bad if this waitress was new, but if that was the case then shereceived poor training. Most of the typical waitressing cues and timing were very off: when to visit to take the order, checkingin adequately, cleaning as you go... She did not ask me what sauce I wanted with my buffalo wings, it was assumed I wanted Ranchand not Bleu Cheese. She did not ask how I wanted my burger, it came out well done and dry. When the food came out we had to askfor napkins and silverware. On a few occasions she would walk by us without even looking at us, if she would have looked at usshe would notice that our drinks were empty. Most of the time she was nowhere to be found but if she were to approach our table,she would kindly ask if we needed anything... why yes my water is empty and I would like another one. I've been to manyrestaurants with well trained waitresses who are able to notice when your drink is NEAR empty and show up with a new full glassin hand without having to ask. I?ll start by saying this was not an ideal dining experience. We went to Applebee?s to enjoy NFL Sunday and catch a game or two.... We occupied a table in the bar area and made sure it was okay that we had a lengthy stay. We were not the only ones with thisidea. Everyone at the bar was wanting to watch a football game on NFL Sunday and they all had to stare at two small tvs in thecorners of the room. Finally, multiple customers asked to have it displayed on the big screen and they obligated to changingthe screen but not the sound. So for 2 quarters of the game we listened to professional bowling instead of the NFL game. Ifinally asked the bartender to change the sound as well in which she checked with managers and changed over a short bit later.Point being, the REALLY big TVs and the loud volume used to entertain guests wasn?t really a priority or concern to anyone evenafter 3 different couples brought it up. To the food - we ordered ?gorumet burgers? that were THIRTEEN DOLLARS. I ordered theMushroom and Swiss and my review is that: the bread was on the stale side and cold. The burger itself was very dry and thewaitress forgot to ask how we wanted it cooked. The fries were also very very cold. It?s possible that neither of these are atribute to the cooks but our waitress would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. She never checked on waters, we had to wave herdown constantly and every time she did bring a water she brought a straw. We had TEN STRAWS ON OUR TABLE. She could have seen ohman they don?t need anymore straws when she brought the third, forth, fifth, sixth but no they just kept coming. She also couldhave noticed that we never used a single straw when she picked up our used cups but she wouldn?t have recognized that becauseshe never picked up a single dish from our table the entire time we were there. Arrived waited 10 minutes after seating then had to ask the Host for a waitress. When she finally came, we got cold beers and an... appetizer, the only things they got almost right. No plates for shared appetizer. After that, Boneless wings arrived drywithout sauce. (See pic) Uninterested waitress brought cold sauce from the kitchen instead of sending the order back. Don't getthe bacon cheddar grilled chicken sandwich. The lettuce looked like it had been dropped on the floor, and the cook forgot thesauce, I could have knocked a bull out with the "chicken breast" Sent it back. Again, uninterested waitress. No visit from amanager. Avoid, unless you know the staff, they spend more time goofing off with their friends at the tables than servingcustomers. Maybe you can sit at the bar and get a drink. I love their classic hamburgers with extra pickles cause their pickles are so yummy. I also like the nachos with the white queso... it's delicious! The waiters/waitresses are very polite & professional and very attentive to your requests. There is never along wait for your food to arrive either. The longest I've had to wait was 10 minutes at the most. They're awesome withtimeliness and great customer service skills and professionalism. I like this location a lot! We don't live too far from Applebee's in Florida but we found that no matter which restaurant you visit, you are guaranteed good... food. I love the Fiesta Lime Chicken, it is so good that I always cannot resist ordering that one meal. My husband likes the waytheir steak is prepared and he also orders various meals, which are just as good. Read more

Service was good. Food was bland. I ordered medium and got well. Husband ordered medium rare and gor very rare.
