Had a great lunch. Place filled up fast for lunch. Call ahead order if you're in a hurry.

This was our second time eating lunch here and just like they were the first time we went, they were super busy ( it's lunch... time). We did need to get our food to go after all but it is expected in a busy place. Not too sure where some of you get offsaying that the staff or servers are rude of incapable. The staff do their best to make everyone happy. Of course it does nothelp that CUSTOMERS are rude and unappreciative. Both times that we have been there, the servers are wonderful, yes busy butstill do their best to be attentive. The food is AMAZING, hats off to all the staff!! I would much rather wait and have my foodfresh than to know that my food is old. So do I mind waiting, NO, It is MY choice to do so. Did I receive my food in time todine in, no because I did have to get back to the clinic but I gladly got it to go and will enjoy it just as much later. Come onpeople, please remember that there are many other customers to serve and not just YOU! Try to be considerate. I give 3 stars for customer service at front counter and on phone? it?s the face of the business and is HUGE for me ?they do... lack in this department for sure?.The food however, gets a 5 star! Cooks always throwing out bangers from the kitchen! Theyoccasionally turn and smile at me from the window LOL! Silence speaks a thousand words, But not when it comes to my food. I beena regular for over ten years and order the same thing only bcus I?m one of those people who never deters from the safety of agood dish! *combo fried rice* ???????????? Zero stars should be an option. Don't bother While on the phone ordering, employees were talking to each other the whole time.... My order wasn't given to me correctly. My drink DIDN'T EVEN HAVE BOBA IN IT! and PAID EXTRA My sandwich was made wrong withtomato and mayo. no thank you. No one should pay this much for low quality inattentive service. Wait staff is great. Kitchen is poorly run. My call in order wasn?t ready in 15 min. It was lost in the kitchen somehow. After... waiting another 15 min I requested refund and forget the order. When entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted with a may I help you from a young man. So we walked up to him at the... counter and apparently missed the low sign saying wait to be seated. We looked around for menus or a board and was about to askfor help choosing something to eat when a young woman at the counter shouted over us that she could help the person who walkedin after us. The young man asked what we would like and eventually gave a menu. We got out of the way since nobody seemedinterested in whether we wanted to sit down to eat or grab take out. We put in our order and the young woman said about 10minutes for our food. Then she walked away without offering a seat. We sat at a table anyway and the young man brought ourdrinks. On time the young woman packaged our order and made a show of bringing it to the door and then our table. I asked why weweren?t allowed to eat at the restaurant, and she said normally when people get a menu at the counter they want it to go andthen pointed out a dark sign at knee height that said wait to be seated. I said we didn?t know the rules and hadn?t been therebefore. I was upset and told her she could keep the food. She turned her back and walked away. Halfway to the counter with herback turned and in a more direct route then she came with the food she said have a good day. I took the lack of service anddisrespect personally, that?s why I trashed the drinks and let them have the food. Didn?t bother with a refund because I didn?twant to completely loose my temper. Wow. I had read good things about this place, but it actually surpassed my expectations/hopes. It was hopping when I stopped by... on a Tuesday at lunchtime, but my wait was reasonable and the staff extremely welcoming and informative. I ordered the combofried rice and lavender boba tea. The rice is a meal for 2! And the tea is delicious. I had access to several boba tea shops inMassachusetts and was glad to find it available here. And top notch. I already know what I'm ordering next time. Can't wait! Read more
