Staff are not friendly nor personable. Food remains the same but drink prices are very high. If a drink or beer is not one of... their specials of the months then you will get a bill similar to an airport bar - sky high! Read more
It was horrible our order took at least 45 minutes to receive and when my husband got his smoked brisket sandwich there were... little tiny bits and pieces of brisket on the bun and two pickles so when we called the waiter he didn't excuse anything hedidn't say he was sorry he said that's how they come and then I asked for a manager the manager came and said oh yeah that's howthey come it comes with 4 oz of brisket I looked at the lady and said man that is not 4 oz of brisket you're lucky if that's 1oz of brisket and the sandwich cost $12 it was a tiny little bun with me enough to cover maybe a third of the bun. So sheoffered finally after discussing this with her for about 3 minutes to bring a little bit more brisket to my husband which cameafter my husband had finished his sandwich. After we complained about his sandwich the waiter was very distant and seldomly cameback to our table this is the second time we go there and get this effect of bad service we will not be going there again Read more
The food itself is very standard to what one would expect at a buffalo wing focused restaurant. But what made it spectacular was... the service received. We were tended to at a very brisk and refined pace. No complaints on this trip. Read more
Haven't been to chain in several years due to none on Oregon coast! Had a pleasant experience today with Chloe, our server.... Grandson and I ordered wings and fries and enjoyed them with a few for leftovers for dinner. Read more
There was a long wait on a Sunday, about 40 minutes. The food came out fast. I ordered traditional wings, definitely no... complaints. Service was friendly. I ordered an alcoholic beverage, unfortunately it was not made correctly both times it wassent back. Will return. Read more
The food was ok, what I would expect to get out of a box, soggy nachos and cold food. The food quality is pretty consistent.... Things I don't like...it is always way to loud inside of the restaurant. It makes it very difficult to hold a conversationwithout screaming at each other. It's always very cold. Service is ok, not fantastic, but not the worst. I would give threestars except for the fact that we got charged twice for our phone order. We called and placed an order for pickup, and theytexted us a link to pay. We payed and even got the confirmation receipt. Then when we got to the restaurant, they made me payagain saying that it wasn't paid for. So I swiped my card several times because it wouldn't go through (because it was alreadypaid for) I paid again and left. We called them and tried to talk to the manager about it and he said we had to bring in ourbank statements showing that we paid twice. They called back a while later to say that yes we did pay twice and they would tryto refund us. We are currently still waiting for our refund, and they didn't even apologize for their mistake or offer usanything. Waited 10 mins to be seated which I was fine with, even though there was barely anyone in dining. Our waitress came to our table... for the first time after at least 20 mins of us sitting there.(My husband and I) She asked if we've been helped yet but she wasour waitress and said she'd be right back and "check." 10 mins later she comes back and just asks what we want to drink. Weordered two beers and forgot to say the appetizer at that time which was a big mistake. After we finally get our beers another10 mins go by after that and she asks for our order: 10 boneless and 10 bone in wings with fries and chips and queso asappetizer. We waited at least 40 mins for our appetizer to come out and our chicken came out less than 5 mins after. Never cameto check on us between or was asked about another round of drinks but after sitting there for 40+ mins with just beer, we didn'twant another round anyways. We just wanted to leave. So we took most of our food to go, my boneless was cold anyway. Thewaitress was very unsympathetic or apologetic and just rude, even though I never showed attitude. Still tipped about 30% but shedidnt deserve it. We had parked at Five Guys and was gonna go there cause we had groceries in the car but thought bdubs wouldmaybe take 45 mins. Big mistake, we were stuck there for at least 2 hours. I don't really get it either, there was barely anytables occupied and there were 4 diff waiters standing around together by the computers. If our waitress was at least nicethoughtout the long waits and appologized even once, would have mattered a lot. Never ever coming back.. Read more
