We got seated right away since we chose the bar.. but the bar tender was a little overwhelmed and he let us know that. We sat... down and then another family came in and got their order taken first. 40+ minute wait on food. And it was a slow Sunday night. The table next to us, who arrived before us, never got their food. Over... heard that the kitchen dropped their food so they had to remake. KITCHEN SHOULD HAVE PUT A RUSH ON THEIR FOOD! Took another 40minutes for them to get their food. A table who came in AFTER me even got their food first. My food came out cold. No fries. Hasto wait another 10 minutes for the fries. Service sucked. Woman was slow as hell and didn't show any compassion. Manager cameto speak to table who's food was dropped, no compassion. Manager even brought food to OUR table and it was the wrongtable. Bad service is from bad management. Do better! Read more
If I could give no stars I would, service took FOREVER our waiter didn't have a lot of tables in his section either. He didn't... check up on us often as they should and when is section got full we saw him less and less than we already didn't see him. Mysalad wasn't that fresh, it was 4 of us, my sisters pasta was sitting for awhile, my brothers food was meh and my other sis foodwas so so. Don't come here go elsewhere. Read more
We hadnt been there in a long time, but the waitor was very attentive to us and I really liked that he explained to us about... have new cooks and that was why food was taking a bit longer than usual. Service was great, the food had one issue. All of the chicken tasted like sausage, like it had been left in the fridge with... sausage in the same bin. For me it wasn't too bad, but my kids wouldn't eat their food because they don't like sausage. Otherwise everything was great. I hate taking stars away. Read more

The experience here was not very great. We had several issues. First, when we arrived, there was absolutely no one waiting... inside, but oddly, we were specifically instructed "to wait outside in our vehicles" while the temps were about 50s in LasCruces with kids. Next, 4 steaks were ordered similarly but yet not cooked the way we specifically ordered each one. Also, thesides were messed up and had to ask for refills each time instead of server coming to refill as we're accustomed to. The food was good today as was the service. I don't like that they try to make you use a QR code that doesn't work to view a... menu. Then when you ask for a paper menu they only bring you one to share at the entire table. So you have to ask for moremenus. Update: Glad they have finally gone to regular menus. The food was ok today, not terrific. The got the order wrong, andeverything was room temperature. I had substituted corn on the cob for loaded mashed potatoes and they brought me the corn andforgot the mashed potatoes. When they did bring them out they didn't look very appetizing and tasted about how they looked.. oldand cold. Update 2: Just keeps getting worse and worse. We waited an hour for our food and when they brought it out it was alldried out as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp the entire time. Our Texas Cheese fries were so bad that they had bere-made. Then they didn't have the green onions because "none were chopped up." The fajitas came out with no tortillas, or thesides that come with it (sour cream, guacamole, cheese, salsa). We had to ask 3 times to get all of that, and by the time wefinally got it, the fajitas were cold. We ordered the triple dipper to share. We had to keep asking for plates so we could eatthat. The mozzarella sticks are more like bricks! They were horrible! I would NOT order those again. In fact after this lasttime giving Chili's a try, I probably will NOT be back. I do NOT recommend eating here. Don't waste your money. Go somewhereelse unless you want to wait an hour for cold, dried out, gross, inedible food. Read more
