Quick service, nice staff. I had not had this before and really enjoyed the food
After taking our order, I was told that they ran out of ½ gallon drinks. Our order was supposed to come with 4 of them. They... decided to offer a 6 piece of their honey biscuits to make up for 2 gallons of missing tea. Wouldn't a few large drinks be abetter offer? Just saying... finally, the chicken was not what it normally is. Some was cold, some was over cooked and none ofit was spicy. Which is what we ordered. Read more

Church's chicken has the BEST fried chicken, and they are a food chain. These guys know what they are doing. Their biscuits beat... others as well. I like their sides. All around great place. Read more
Lobby is closed so you're forced to do drive thru even if the line is long. Had our order ready so it was quicker for us
Just left from there ordered a 16pc family pack half spicy and half original got all original regular chicken and tenders... instead. I ordered the half gallon of sweet tea I got unsweet tea and it was hot not even cold like it was probly left sittingthere. Service was terrible had to repeat my order atleast 4 times and they still didn't get it right. Then they forgot my spicysprinkle went around lobby was closed even though it says open till 8pm so I went back to the drive threw window got ignored foratleast 10min then drove home on the other side of town and realized they messed up my order. All I wanted for my mother's daywas some dam churches chicken and that got ruined ty never been so disappointed in churches untill today horrible service evencalled and there phone was out of service ???? Every time I come here the food is great & service is friendly. 1st visit here: receipt said Cashier was Leticia. I came here... Tuesday 03/15 around 1 or 2pm. The staff was super nice & helpful. The food was delicious & my order was 100% accurate. Thankyou Read more
