Every single time I?ve visited this Dunkin (4 times) it?s been a bad experience. Horrible customer service, they?re constantly... out of donuts, the employees can?t make a drink to save their lives and the manager is a joke. If you?re really craving Dunkin,drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the one on main or the one on lohman. If not, go to Bosa Donuts for donuts and Starbucksfor coffee. Me and my dad got there there was not very much parking. We walk inside very small problems like 5 tables. We go to order and u... order a frozen coffee it wasent even FROZEN. I was going to v order a pumkin muffin and ther wasent even and glazed drizzle onit. We sat a a table with a outfit in it I plugged it on and it and the table was broken it would not charge. We saw a vape wasplugged in so we couldn't even plug it our devices in the outlit. Ther was no one in the waiting room so it had to be one of theemployees. Layer one of the employees came to get it. Food is fine but the drive through layout is terrible. Some lady literally tried to cut me off in line instead of getting in... line herself. Getting into altercations while I get my food is not fun! Read more
