We got down to order because the drive through was out of control, anyway I really wish I never went inside. The store smells... terrible like gas and just old and dirty. Then while trying to order at the front counter my husband got yelled at because theonly other person there was waiting in the back and they yelled at him that the other customer was first, rude anyway theyliterally made my guy and the first guy wait 10 minutes to order then we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out, meanwhilethe person who ordered after us got their food first. They also had 5 ppl after us that they hadn't even helped yet the wholetime we were waiting for our food. Terrible customer service rude and take forever. Should've gone through the drive through.Anyone who eats there please never get down the smell alone will make you sick. O yeah also forgot to mention the garbage leftat the front door and the fly trap hanging right there as you walk in. Read more
DISGUSTING !!!!! ???? I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window. I ordered 2 meals the first one should have been a child?s... plate with chicken nuggets mashed potatoes and a roll instead it was one scoop of mashed potatoes on a dirty plate, no chickenno roll. The second plate should have been pot roast with vegetables mashed potatoes and a roll instead I was given a platewith pot roast brown gravy all over it turned upside down with tiny bugs flying out. Grandy?s employees have a terrible dirtywork ethic they should be ashamed of themselves and inspected! ????Better yet Shut down! If I could rate lower I would. They were out of fried chicken and just about everything else. We got there at 630! Went through drive thru to order family meal and was told they do not have it. (Not park and we will make fresh or anything like... that) Just we don't have it. After the third time of trying to order family meal in a month and getting told this, I decided togo in and speak to manager. He got confrontational and blamed it on chicken just arriving. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but ifit just arrived, does that not mean you have it? Anyway, there is no way myself nor my crew will be going back for work lunch orfor feeding our families. While gas is expensive, it's worth it to go a few extra miles to KFC or even across town to Popeyes.At least there they pretend to appreciate their customers. Read more
They were out of catfish, so we got The 10 piece shrimp platter with seasoned green beans and coleslaw and a dinner roll (the... rolls were missing when we got home)?. We enjoyed the meal, but I think the shrimp were from frozen, so not like freshlybattered and deep fried. Still, pretty good for $10 a meal with 2 sides and maybe a roll, if you're good. So my family and I are going to Grandy?s at least once a week. I have told the manager on multiple occasions, that they never... fill up the sides. If I?m paying for a Large Green Beans, Mash Potato?s etc.. I expect a Large Green Beans, or Mash!! I don?twant to pay for a Large and get a Medium or a Small!! I have not eaten at grandy?s in over a year due to poor service and cold food. Today I can say that I had the best customer... service fresh food and a cleaner restaurant than I have ever had at Grandy?s. I can say Casey the new GM and employee traineeVeronica had the best customer service. Very cheerful you can tell they enjoyed there jobs. I think Grandys is coming back up.Good job. Read more
