The hotel has beautiful Spanish style decor and a gorgeous outdoor area and pool. I think the best part was how hospitable they... were. They text you the morning of to see if you need anything and they offered complimentary champagne and chocolate coveredstrawberries since we are recently married. They're extremely pet friendly and offer pet sitting, a treat bag upon arrival, and2 outdoor pet relief areas. The only thing I was upset about was they put us and our pups on the top floor. While the view wasbeautiful, our dogs could hardly hold it long enough to get outside. Wish they had been more thoughtful there. Read more
From the parking lot it's a bit of a walk to the entrance. But inside, the main entrance is beautiful. I went for a conference... and the room was very nice. Bathrooms were a bit gross. But I blame the person that just walked out. Some people have norespect. Great hotel however. Read more
Nice Hotel. BUT tons and tons of screaming kids in the pool.!! Many Underage kids jumping in the Jacuzzi. They have rules and... regulations BUT don't back up any of their regulations. Poor service.. No Vending machines in a 6 floor hotel.!!?? Why.? Forcedto pay Bar and Restaurant prices for a simple drink or snack. What a Scam.!! Wont see me or my friends and family back here..$! Read more
We chose to stay at the hotel as a way to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Hotel E didn't disappoint. We were greeted with... a warm and friendly smile and were given a tour of the hotel. I asked a member of the staff where the nearest ice machine wasand instead of simply telling me where it was he walked with me to the location. It's the details like this that make thedifference. The staff went out of their way to make our night feel special. We had left the hotel for dinner and upon our returnwe were surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room. I would highly recommendthis hotel for those needing a getaway. Read more
The grounds of this hotel are unique and beautiful. I love the old world style. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the pool... as it was being chemically treated. Our room, a standard double, was clean and well kept. There was no mini fridge in our roomwhich was an inconvenience, but regardless I would definitely stay here again. Read more
