Was at IHOP with my 80 yr old grandmother to get some breakfast, we got seated and waited for 20 minutes, servers passing by to... check on other customers. No one even took our drink order. We finally got up and left and the manager came and apologized andsaid how sorry she was. But there's no excuse for being ignored its just disrespectful. I wouldnt be so mad if i wasn't with mygrandmother but unfortunately she had to be ignored as well. So we came to denny's on Sonoma ranch blvd.
