We get McCalisters a lot for lunch they have great 2 for $10 deals! Their food always tastes great! Yesterday we placed an order... and picked up curbside. When I got back to the office I realized half the order was missing. I called them very irritatedbecause it?s across town. The manager and staff were very courteous and sympathetic with me. The manager offered to refund mymoney but I just wanted my food. The managers there went above and beyond they made my whole order again and I even got a followup phone call today to make sure things were taken care of. Kudos to McCalisters managers for that! I noted many people with handicaps, canes, walkers in the deli. Now I know why. You order at the counter, but they bring the... food to your table. First time coming here after knowing about this location for several years. A fellow co-worker also told me that the food is... really good; especially with him being a former employee of the franchise. Really good and very filling. This place used to be awesome...it just continues to get worse and worse though. The sandwiches are just thrown in a box and... when you get it, you have to put your sandwich back together. I usually get the choose 2 meals. The baked potatoes are superdry. I got the roast beef spud. It's supposed to come with au jus. It didn't and I couldn't even eat it because it was so dry. Ialso got the savannah chopped salad. It's supposed to come with chicken. Nope. One time they forgot to put the chicken on thesalad. The lettuce is often brown and wilted, or big chunks of white lettuce. They also put very little gorgonzola. I alsoorder and pay for extra dressing because they never give you enough. They always forget to include the extra dressing that Ihave payed fo and often times have to fight with whoever is there just to get my dressing. To drink I ordered a strawberry sweettea. It was just a regular tea. The customer service is awful. They allow children to throw food all over the restaurant andclimb on the tables and chairs. It's really disgusting. And the food is expensive. The price does not match the quality. So ifyou like noisy environments, bad customer service, and overpriced food...this is your place. Read more
I haven't gone here in quite awhile, with covid going on I've only recently been getting back into the swing of things. Since... today was Free Tea Day I decided to go get one, and then I saw you could order free tea through the app also and do curbsidepickup!! I got there and instantly someone walked out and greeted me and asked me about my order. They were happy to help andvery quick. As always wonderful tea and good food! Read more
I just tried McAlister?s for the first time today. Ordered the ?choose two? and got the Steak and Pepper and the New Yorker.... They were both very delicious and generously-sized for half a sandwich. I haven?t tried many deli sandwiches in my lifetime sofar but for what it?s worth, these are the best deli sandwiches I?ve ever had. Read more
