Absolutely the worst experience ever in any McDonald's I've ever been in across the United States of America and... internationally. I was treated so rudely and with such an utter lack of respect by one of the team members who later identifiedherself as the manager. Just a nasty nasty bitter person who should have nothing to do with customer service. Never greeted menever asked to take my order just stared at me and then gave me a bunch of lip. The service at this location is the worst. Lazy workers that couldn't get my order correct in the drive thru so I got down and... asked them if they could correct my order and the lady at the counter asked for my receipt. I explained to her that the lady atthe window didn't give me one so the window lady happened to walk up and she vouched that I was just at the window but the otherlady said without a receipt she could not help me. Then I asked for a manager and another worker butted in and said the managerwasn't there. I just left but very disappointed that people now days don't have common sense and can't fix an order without ahigher up doing it for them. Read more

Still can get it ! The Mc Donald's on Lohman has very serious issues , I am way beyond everything. I reported to corporate, I... spoke to the assistant manager and it is still the worst place. All the employees are from out of space they don't pay any typeof attention to their responsibility, their job, the customers orders are always wrong. They straight tell you to your facethat they don't know what you ordered , they get it all wrong and don't care ! The mgmt is the same. Read more

I went to this location for lunch today for my family. I ordered three happy meals for my toddlers. They gave me two and when I... said I was missing one they asked for my receipt which I happily provided. Then I waited for a couple minutes and they gave methe third happy meal. Upon arriving home to eat, I?m handing out the chicken nuggets only to find the third four piece box hadno nuggets inside. Instead it had a huge squirt of mayonnaise! I am beside myself. It?s not okay to mess with peoples food ingeneral but to play a prank involving a child's meal is flat out unforgivable. I did call and speak to the assistant manager whowas kind and apologetic and said she would replace the meal. However I do not want a replacement, I will never return to thislocation again. I feel the person who did this should at the very least be sent home for the day and receive a write up. If thisperson is willing to do this what else are they willing to do to my food in the future? My order was a cinnamon roll and a large sweet tea. After 8 minutes, was told cinnamon roll was out of stock. Sweet tea was... unsweet. So I return tea asking fir Sweet tea. Given a fresh unsweetened tea. Worst customer service and employees who don'tknow how to read tea canister lables. Read more
