Ordered a 20 pc. nuggets and I am 99% sure that they were old nuggets that had been refried/ reheated. Additionally the big mac... made its consumer experience severe diarrhea and vomiting. Definitely one of the worst McDonald's locations in Las Cruces.Additionally this location always has transients loitering around the restaurant and could use a good cleaning on the interior. Worst McDonald's we have ever encounter on the road, kiosks did not work, and when I asked for help, the employee was... incompetent, said he did not know how to use it either, we asked if he could take the order, (he did not offer), and he messedit up! when we told them they did not offer to correct it, we were told it was not his fault, because he was new, (we were toldthis twice!), so if it was not his fault, then it is the manager's! who failed to properly train him! Why was he left alone atthe cash register if he was new?? Do not put your employees to help customers before they are properly trained! Read more
This was honestly one of the nicest drive through experiences I?ve had. The person who took our order was so kind!
I love this location! No matter the day or time I go in, the food is always hot and the customer services is always friendly.... Shoutout to the youth that work there too, they work hard and do an amazing job. Read more
