Ordered a 20 pc. nuggets and I am 99% sure that they were old nuggets that had been refried/ reheated. Additionally the big mac... made its consumer experience severe diarrhea and vomiting. Definitely one of the worst McDonald's locations in Las Cruces.Additionally this location always has transients loitering around the restaurant and could use a good cleaning on the interior. Worst McDonald's we have ever encounter on the road, kiosks did not work, and when I asked for help, the employee was... incompetent, said he did not know how to use it either, we asked if he could take the order, (he did not offer), and he messedit up! when we told them they did not offer to correct it, we were told it was not his fault, because he was new, (we were toldthis twice!), so if it was not his fault, then it is the manager's! who failed to properly train him! Why was he left alone atthe cash register if he was new?? Do not put your employees to help customers before they are properly trained! Read more

This is the 4th time in a row I have ordered one combo and they make me pull up to wait for my food. I understand drive times... are important but it takes longer for the customer when you make them wait on the side of the building. That?s not accomplishingany drive time goal it?s more like lying for numbers. I was the only person in like and they still made me pull up. Read more
This McDonald's location is trash! The parking lot is way too crowded even though there's a lot of spots to park because of the... drive-thru it's a madhouse. And on top of that the food that I got which was a double quarter pounder with cheese add lettuceand tomatoes or the large fry and large drink was terrible. My fries were cold my burger didn't have no tomato on it and it wasput together terribly made a mess everywhere. The only thing that was right was the drink and I believe the only reason why thatwas correct was because all I ordered with my meal is a large Coke and well can't exactly mess up a large Coke but then again Imay be wrong. I strongly recommend if you're wanting to eat McDonald's go to the McDonald's on either lowman boulevard or theone on University because those two McDonald's are the best ones in cruises especially the one on University. As for thislocation that we're discussing right now, I wouldn't go back there and eat if it was the last McDonald's on Earth I would justdo without McDonald's from now on for the rest of my life. Several visits because it's in my neighborhood. Horrible experiences with customer service and the manager Jose Garcia. ... Frequently out of menu selections, especially specials and promotions. Too many times food is cold and fries are old. I thinkthey stay in business because they don't have any close competitors that offer drive thru. Read more
