Service was fine. Hadn't been to Outback in years, but decided to try it again. It's changed a lot - prices up, portions down.... Food was just OK, but priced like it should be exceptional. That's the reason for the 2 stars - either prices should comedown, or quality should go up. Probably won't be back. Read more

The only reason I'm putting a star is to leave this review. I Ordered two ribeyes $40 each medium rare but when I cut my steak... it was well done, I hate to be that customer to complain but being that you pay $40 for a steak and specify how you want itcooked I simply asked the waiter to take it back and bring a new one. The waiter was very friendly and very respectfulapologized for the mishap and took both of our over done steaks back to bring new ones. In about 15 minutes he comes out withnew steaks asked us to check the steaks they are cooked well-done again, He apologized and offered compensation in the form ofadjusting our ticket or bringing two new steaks. Being that we really wanted to eat food which is why we went out to eat weagreed to the two new steaks to go since everyone else in our party was done eating. The waiter takes our steaks and in aboutfive minutes out comes the manager on duty; he was very rude he questioned my husband on what was wrong with the steaks andasked my husband to cut near the bone to see how it looked. Anyone who knows anything about grilling knows that when grilling abone-in steak, the meat closest to bone will be the least cooked which appeared medium. All he was trying to do was discreditour complaint and my husband showed him the steak in the middle which was well-done: where we would be eating since we wouldn'tbe chewing on the ???? . He then came over to my steak and requested to see mine as well as if we were lying. He then told usthat he had lost out on money because we had him cook six steaks and we were only taking two as if it was our fault that thesteaks were over cooked. He also clarified that he had been doing this for 20 years which he did not prove with the food he hadmade then he reaches out grabbing our over cooked steaks. While my rating is low, it doesn't reflect the overall judgement at the table. We were seated immediately, drink orders taken... and delivered in good fashion. The problem was my order, almost all of it. I ordered grilled pork chops, and was asked how Iwanted it cooked. To my understanding pork should not have pink and reach 165°F, but was reassured they have special pork thatcan be cooked to preference, so I ordered medium. Along with that I included a side of grilled shrimp. So the issues begin,food was delivered to me and the other 3 guests, and due to my hunger I dug into the pork without realizing I didn't receive myshrimp. First bite was nice, as waitress walked away i was happy, but then realized the pork was raw in the middle. Tried a fewbites thinking it was maybe okay and that was unfortunate later on. When I decided to have it sent back to have it heated a bitmore, the waitress never returned. About 20 minutes later, still hoping for my grilled shrimp and unable to get the waitressover to ask for a reheat or my missing food, everyone in my party was done and ready to go. At that point I just asked for theshrimp to be removed from the bill, took the very undercooked food home and I'm hoping it'll reheat tomorrow to get my money'sworth. I'd go 1 star but everyone else was happy. Waitress was very annoyed after I asked her to remove the shrimp from my billthat I never received, and given that I was unable to ask for my missing food or get a chance to correct a cook level on a meatthat shouldn't come pink to begin with, very disappointed. Decided to go out of town for the day and ate lunch at this outback restaurant. I have to say I will not go back to this... location. The bad- The furniture in the entry way looks badly worn out, the dinette seats are loose where we sat and thebathrooms were gross see pictures. I was a waitress myself at one point , and I know during the pandemic the workforce hasdecreased , but this location was staffed with enough waiters/waitresses(only reason I say this is we came in at lunch and therewas about 4 other tables and there was 4 waiters/waitresses) But the service wasnt great the hostess gave my kids their menuswhich was activity sheets without crayons. It took 20min to get a drink order placed and at that time we asked for crayons formy kids from the waiter he said he would get some but never did.. our food took about 40min to arrive. My son ordered chickenstrips it came without any kind of sauce not even ketchup so I asked for ranch and that took a bit for it to come as well. Overall the quality of the food wasn?t that great. I like eating here. It's a hit or miss sometimes though. Went on my birthday and the host was a tall African American she was... just standing there lifeless. Like learn how to say hi, and be cheerful. Your a hostess not a zombie. Anyways, besides findingmy own party seat. The waitress on the other hand was amazing. She was the opposite from the host. I will post a picture of whatI ordered it was pretty damn good. coconut shrimp was yummy. And course loaded potato is bomb. Enjoyed meal and delicious icetea. Read more

A steakhouse that can't cook steak. Disappointment of a steakhouse with "steakhouse" being in thier name. After a few visits... over 4 weeks I'm not coming back. Service was always a bit slow ... think thier technology (little tablets at every table) isthe way to call them in a timely fashion. Always ordered the nicest cut they offer (filet mignons)... They were poor cuts, andtwice weren't cooked to the order... my most recent (and last) visit, I ordered a 9oz filet medium..... but it came out blackand blue (brown outside, raw/ cool/ deep red inside). Had to send that back.... they brought a small plate to the table, tookundercooked steak back to kitchen (half cut up to demonstrate uniform undercooked state), cooked that piece of steak (andpieces), then brought it back. Great customer service ???? Joe and Paula are very nice. Issac is very inviting and a "chill homie" kinda dude ????. Also a must... get is the Prime Rib and get it Rare to Medium-Rare because it is just BEAUTIFUL!!! It melts in your mouth and the Garlic Buttergoes perfectly with the steak. As always this place is amazing. Our server was top notch! I've seen him there before but never had him as our waiter. He was on... top of everything. Running low on your drink? No worries the refill was already there! He helped us with our questions aboutsome other things as well and the manager come out to explain what the waiter and we didn't know! Everyone here is always soopening and smiling like they truly love their job. Its the servers and hostess that make this place . Don't let me forget theawesome jobs the cooks do! Always have the meals out as soon as they can and always looking delicious. My date nights areusually here when we go out! Can't wait to go back! Read more
