It's a win if they aren't out of something you try to order. It's a bigger win if they aren't out of Grilled teriyaki chicken.... They are always out of it. The food is good when they have it. On the kids meal, the change to apple chips from the traditionalcookie is cruel and apple chips suck. Read more
Very very busy store in Sunday evening. The drive through was backed up into the street. We waited a bit inside for our order as... they had fun out of fried rice. Food ok. Restaurant clean. Read more
I wanted spicy Asian food and two of their dishes were listed as spicy so I ask to taste each dish as I wanted to be sure it's... spicy because so often they list them as spicy and they are not which was the case here. I was told I could not taste the foodtypically they give you a piece on a toothpick or a spoon I was told I could not taste it. I asked if they had hot pepper flakesthey did not. They only had red sauces which I do not like the taste of red sauces. The food that I received was not spicy andthe temperature was not even close to hot. The quality of the food I felt was poor. I have been to other Panda Express where thefood was very good this one I would never go back again. The service was so so and the food to me was awful. the drive thru employees on several occasions are just plain rude. we go because we like the food - but definitely less often... and only when we are desperate. i prefer to give my business to those more appreciative and kinder. Read more
Normally I love panda. But this is the 3rd time at this particular restaurant that I've been missing part of my order and still... being charged. Normally I look to see if I got the whole order but the few times it has happened are the times I don't check.While the food is alright. I just want my full order. Read more

Did not receive my order. Ordered shrimp in two separate items, receive No shrimp at all. Ordered veggies in two plates, veggies... only in one. Ordered teriyaki chicken w sauce, no sauce. I would suspect I got someone else?s order but was the only car indrive through. Disappointed Read more
