Ordered a pizza online for delivery. The driver was nice and professional, however the pizza was made incorrectly. I called the... store and spoke to a manager about it, they offered a replacement pizza via a code through email but I never recieved the email.I will likely not order from here again and will recommend friends and neighbors to shop elsewhere as well do to lack ofattention to detail, along with lack of commitment from management to make right of the mistake. Great pizza but they always miss things with online orders. Last time we ordered a cookie and didn?t receive it. After we... informed them, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for it and they didn?t offer any sort of compensation for this, let aloneoffer to keep our pizza warm while we waited. We just ordered delivery and I paid for extra sauces that we only received 1/3 of.Again great pizza but I wish they would focus more on getting the orders right. Read more

So I haven't gotten pizza from papa John's in like a year. They used to be my absolute favorite pizza place but when we excited... decided it was "pizza time" and waited almost an hour for it to be delivered, I can honestly say I ate 1 slice and wont befinishing it. It was so bland and depressing. The bread didn't even taste like bread, it tasted like the color white. The onlything with any flavor at all was the pepperoni but that's prepackaged anyways. We got the bread sticks to and they were evenmore sad and flavorless than the pizza! Even with desperately dipping the sticks in 2 tablespoons worth of marinara sauce (forseveral feet worth of bread sticks) I opted to not finish. I'm wondering if there was maybe seasoning they forgot to put on thepizza and the bread sticks? Did it need salt? Butter? Anything? I'm not sure but I know I'm not ordering for another year andI'll try my luck then. See yah Read more
