My complaint about this place is the person cleaning the showers going to the shower with sink dirty look like dried up snot in... the sink. Wild around the bathroom area looks like it hadn't been wiped down dirty. I guess the shower guy is just lazy andreally doesn't care about his job just barely cleans them leave trash cans full of trash and forget about it must be very lazy. Read more
46+ years old and this place needs to "scan" my drivers license to sell cigarettes to me. NOPE.... Pilot has gone downhill... over the years and this was the worst one I have ever been in. RUDE unprofessional counter help. Taking my business elsewherefrom now on! Read more
Another no shower clean waiting list lazy, rude, and talks a lot employees. The dark-haired girl in her 20s is extremely rude.... And the parking lot smells like urine. Really wish corporate America would realize how valuable truck drivers time is and wehave to fight a logbook Then deal with these kind of employees makes me want to shop around for another supplier like TA/ Lovesetc?. I?m about to be done being loyal to companies that are not. The begging outside needs to be removed also. One of the worst places we have stayed as truck drivers. The place got robbed at 3 am with us inside. The police were called no... one came the girls working were absolutely Terrified. Pilot has some of the best showers across country. Their food is fresh, hot and ready to go. I've had a few times I'm not... getting what I'm looking for, but for most of the time, I have a very positive experience. Read more
Every time I?ve came here there?s homeless people loitering around the store. Five homeless people were standing around together... and a police officer walked by and got into his cruiser. Didn?t say anything to them. I walked my dog and three homeless peoplecame up to me asking for money. I?d give a good review if it wasn?t for the homeless people harassing people for free stuff. Good prices on gas. Very friendly staff who greeted me warmly. Facility appeared clean and well maintained. Well stocked store.
The Las Cruces pilot flying j is possibly the worst one that I have encountered in my travels around the country. It's dirty... inside and out. The parking lot is disgusting. The staff never knows how the app works for fueling. The manager doesn't seem tocare that the staff doesn't know how the app works when it comes to fueling. The manager is rude. I do not recommend stopping atthis pilot flying j. In fact I would stop before or after in another city. The place is overrun with homeless people. Read more
