Server was kind and efficient. I had the clam chowder and seafood-stuffed flounder, baked potato. I am likely to return soon. I... went back and had their lobster special. I always have their clam chowder. The biscuits were garlicky, always great. Theybrought me the wrong order time before last. Both times I asked for my dressing on the side and it was not done. I have waitedlong enough to send these things back, but half of the salad remains uneaten, too much dressing. Long wait between salad andmain course. Tea refill long in coming. We haven't been inside a Red Lobster Restaurant for about five years. This one is a typical Red Lobster. The decor is a little... dated and dark. Food is the same as I remember. Service was good. It was a bit expensive for lunch, but we had leftovers foranother meal. It would be nice if they offered more choices on their lunch menu. Read more
We were happy with the calm atmosphere throughout our meal and the attentive wait associate. We ordered the ultimate feast, snow... crab legs and a kid's mac and cheese. The crab legs and lobster tail were prepared perfectly. My niece said that the mac andcheese was "really good!" The three of us were more than happy with our food including vegetables for our sides, very delicious!We ordered the chocolate wave cake, a rich dessert but the three of us made quick work of finishing it off. Food was excellent it had been awhile since we ate at a red lobster.. the waitress was excellent she had about 6 tables..... handled all well.. didn't lack in checking on her customers. Will definitely go again soon Read more
Food was wonderful, it had been year since I ate at Red lobster here in Cruces.. The Brussels sprouts are a must try.. they were... my favorite.. The service was excellent.. restaurant was clean... We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server, Miguel, did an amazing job. He was patient and quick to help us in any way we... needed. The cheddar biscuits were delicious (as always), my ceaser salad was superb and the garlic shrimp I ordered came outperfectly. The alcoholic drinks we ordered were a little slow to get to the table, but overall a good experience. Came for valentine's. The hostess said the wait was about 60 minutes but we got seated much faster, about 30 minutes. The... waiter, Parrish, took over half an hour to even get our drink orders and then even longer to bring drinks and he forgot ourcheddar biscuits. The food was outrageously delicious and satisfying, but the waiter didn't check on us once. I got a virginbahama mama since I'm expecting and it was dessert in a glass. The lobster bisque was creamy and yummy. I also had the seafarersfeast and loved every part, but the rice, which was pretty bland. The caprese salad side was very nice. My husband got thelobster lover's dream and was also very satisfied. Had the service been better, i would give this restaurant 5 stars for a greatValentine's. Color me shocked. This meal was top-notch. Everybody loves the biscuits, right? And they were a great start. We were... celebrating so we had the steak and lobster combo..
