There service sucked my car hop saw that one of the drinks had liquid around it and wiped it off with her hand from top to... bottom. Granted, it was a little busy. Also, I?m not at all an impatient person. Me and my girlfriend ordered two slushy?s, and no joke,... waited closer for an hour in a line that wasn?t moving for it. Finally when we got to the window drive in, they start throwingall this food into our hands into the drive-in. Items we ordered were good, a little long in getting them. Arrived at dusk, no lights came on until 7:51, and it was hard to... read menu due to the darkness. The lights did come on after we ordered. spent a solid 35 minutes waiting for my meal, ended up having to go through the drive thru line just to get my order because... they refused to answer from the stalls. When i got to the front of the line i was given a cold order and when i asked for amanager i was told no?? Usually this type of service can be excused however the coworkers were clearly under the influence andstanding around chatting. Update: this place is still awful. Always out of slushy or anything you want to order. The app never works either. We pulled... into the Sonic ordering stall and the screen was upside down. That was odd. We then proceeded to order. We ordered three drinks.One sprite with grape, one ocean water, and one banana cheesecake milkshake. There must have been something wrong with thespeaker too, because we had to tell the lady three times that it was not a cherry limeade that we wanted, it was a sprite withgrape. Same thing with the milkshake. The drinks came out. The ocean water and sprite with grape was correct, but they gave us aplain vanilla milkshake with nothing in it at all. I just bought two Sonic Cheeseburger, and it was disgusting!! Old and cold hamburgers, no lettuce at all in the burger, the... other veggies horrible and soggy. Their new dill burger and pickle fries are actually pretty damn decent. Their shakes aren't too bad either although I wouldn't... compare them to a real handmade shake. Excellent car hops, at this location they are extremely polite, good at what they do andfast also. They make you feel like an important customer and strive to make sure that you get taken care of. Ice cream was literally melting before he even handed it to me. No napkins. Nothing. Why sonic is unable to prioritize small... orders, like a single cone, over other orders will never make sense to me. Watching employee sit around for other food to taketo customers and you are just sitting there waiting for a single cone. Read more
