Honestly I don't expect much of a fast food joint, but this place is just aweful. I don't know if it's just my bad luck or what,... however, every time I come to this particular location something happens. Either wrong item, missing item, no order. One time,they literally either deleted my order or gave it to someone else. I don't know what happened but I had paid. It's just aweful.I also don't eat fast food at all unless extreme circunstances. Update: No changes Always disappointed when I go to any of the Sonic locations anywhere. They always mess up the order, forget... something, get wrong size...food very rarely tastes fresh. Burgers are slopped together with lettuce falling out everywhere,soggy tomatoes. Crispy chicken tastes as if it's been heated up three different days in a row and sitting under a heatlamp...it's so dried out and hard. Read more

We had a coupon that wasn?t working properly so the manager came out and said she would manually discount it. Once we got our... receipt, the discount wasn?t on there, so we called her again and she said she would just give us a full refund. She printed outa receipt that looked like it had a refund for the milkshake and she said it would return to our account in 2 days. After 10days, it still wasn?t there. Honestly, now that I look at it again, the receipt looks like she attempted to refund it in cash,but she never brought us cash, and since we paid with card she said it would be returned to our account, which makes sense. sowe tried to call the number on the receipt as well as the number on their website (which was the same number) and it constantlysaid the number was disconnected. We tried about 5x over a 2 day period. How can a restaurants number be disconnected? We calledthe number on sonics website for customer service and they told us that if we didn?t order through the app they couldn?t helpus, but they would let upper management know and they could get ahold of management at the restaurant and they would have themcall us. 5 days later and we still haven?t received a call from this locations management. We were only visiting Las Cruces(looking to move there) but we live in California so we can?t even drive back to the restaurant to demand our refund! What aSCAM! We still intend to move there next month, but I surely won?t be visiting this one again unless somehow, miraculously, theyget ahold of us to fix things. Read more

Was given a drink that was just water no flavor or any ice. Took more time then the drive thought that go in at the same time 8... cars deep. Glad me only got drinks at happy hour will be remembering this next time we want drinks and going anywhere else. Read more

Extremely busy the day I went. Pushed the red button and waited until the light went out prompting me to push again to place my... order. Once again pushed the button and waited 5 minutes before someone asked to take my order. The individual taking the orderwas rude and very short when I asked questions or wanted to customize my order. I decided since it was busy I would just keep itsimple so not to agitate this individual more. I order one burger meal and a kids meal. The meal came out 20 minutes later (30+minutes total time there). The carhop did apologize and said she had seen me waiting for quite sometime and made sure the foodwas hot, it wasn?t but my son and I didn?t mind. I was understanding that they are busy but having a bad attitude when a payingcustomer is asking questions is foolish. I wanted to order more but after I got attitude I realized they were more concernedabout clearing the line than serving there customers politely. Read more

I can honestly say that sonic burgers have been my favorite burgers lately. The pickles on their burgers are delicious! The... patties have also gotten a lot more juicier. I wasn't disappointed. I went through the drive-thru, nice customer service and Ididn't wait too long. Read more

When I placed an order on the mobile app, generally it?s supposed to be fast. They were busy but, they forgot my order... completely and I had to ring it back to remind them. Order mind you was just one drink took them 20 minutes. Ordered at 12:25pmand got it at 12:45pm Read more

Horrible food service they need to shut this place down they mess up our burger twice! And don't give us anything in it then... when they "fix" it they give us this you guys need to get it together worst sonic in town by far! Read more
