I actually left the Sonic on Solano after ordering because of the rudeness of the order taker, then she attempted to charge me... for more than what I ordered. And it was under 5.00. Can't add or what? For some reason the staff isn't real bright there.Regardless, I'll drive across town to get a courteous employ to take my order, get my order correct and know the prices andcharge me correctly. This sonic is fairly close to my house so we come here often but lately they have been so slow! This last time I went, I had an... order on the app for four sodas and there was two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. Each car before me at the window hadat least a five minute wait and there were like two cars in stalls. I got to the speaker and was told they?d be right with meand sat there for both cars stay at the window and another couple minutes before someone came out of the side door and waved meup to the window. When I got there and told him my name, it took two repeats for him to get it right because he had his AirPodsin and wouldn?t take them out long enough to listen. 4 sodas took a total of over 20 minutes and I was one of only 5 cars at theSonic. This location, once my family's go-to fast food stop, has really declined in service quality. I had to wait an hour for my... order, having left around 20 minutes after the app confirmed my order was ready. They had to be reminded multiple times that Iwas waiting. They then walked it to every stall but the one I was at, despite me needing to tell them the stall I was in. Whenit finally arrived, the employee, who claimed to be a manager, was very rude and unapologetic. Sonic may have lost my businessafter decades. Read more
As somebody that used to work at sonic whilst in high school, I appreciate tipping. What I do not appreciate is being charged... for a cup of ice and water and then the carhop ASSUMING I wanted to tip her an additional 72 cents and making it a big deal thatshe would have to go back inside to get my change, after making waiting 12 mins for two drinks. Easy fix, where the changer andcarry cash, quit lazying people into tipping. More than slightly rude. Read more
It's a second time out of three I get poor quality food. This time I ordered JUMBO popcorn chicken and they are smaller or as... big as my thumb. The majority is just breading with a tiny amount of chicken, they are over cooked as well. Ain't going back... Read more
TWO shots!!! 1st time tots were hard & cold, burger was raw!!! PINKISH type raw!!! Went back & the next tots were greasy &... SMELLED as well as tasted OLD!!! And the replacement burger was under cooked as well!!!! Save your money... Sonics USED to haveREALLY spot on food!!! Yet NOT TODAY from my experience! Read more
Ordered on app. Had to wait a bit but we ordered off regular menu during breakfast hours. Enjoyed the Hatch burger.
