dont order online, show up in store to assure your sub is being made to your liking, store staff that is currently working this... timeframe is (6/11/22 6:00pm - 6:40pm), i suppose illiterate? sub was not toasted, no correct ingredients on the subs likerequested, it sucks getting orders wrong w/ businesses like this man, not cool at all. Is it really that hard to get an online order right!? We ordered online and I went to pick it up. First no one responded when I... pulled in through the drive through. So I went up to the window and honked to get someone's attention. About five minutes latersomeone finally opened the window and acknowledged I was there. I told them I was picking up and they tried to rush me off withonly half of the order. Then they told me they didn't have the chips we had ordered. We also ordered bottled drinks. The girlhanded me a cup of some type of warm brown liquid. I told her I was still missing a drink, and she handed me a second cup ofwarm liquid. When I asked if I could get ice I was told they didn't have any...so no chips, no bottled drinks, and no ice...gotit. And the worst part about it is this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I got the order back to mydestination and was going to put some ice in my fountain liquid, but found something black floating in it. We ended up takingthe food back and got a refund and ordered lunch elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money coming here. This was definitely notworth $35 Read more
Sign on the door says they are open until 8pm. Yet I get there at 745pm and they locked the doors and are closing for the night?... Please explain to me what "these doors will remain unlocked during business hours" means? Thanks. Read more
When the debate is over whether sandwiches are for dinner and or cold cuts, subway typically doesn't make the cut; custom built... sandwiches enter here. Thank you for reviving my taste in Subway. The two person crew at this location are good at making thesandwich or sub you have in mind. Never too busy and located right around the corner off Roadrunner Pkwy on Foothills. Read more
The food is good, but there is a female sandwich maker who always acts as if she is put out to make our sandwiches. I've tried... to excuse her unfriendly behavior, but it's to the point we'd rather not go to this location any more. If I owned that shop shewould be looking for a different job. I have a son with autism and even he understands to smile and greet people. Never had bad service at this location.. infact moose was really awesome
