I am not happy with the door guy there was one seating inside the entrance, we asked if our son who has CP can sit there cause... he was breaking out with the heat! And he was so rude about it he could had just said no in a polite way! Our reservations keepsgetting pushed longer and longer we been waiting for an hour and a half already. Needs to be organized way better for biggergroups. And maybe be more courteous to people with needs!!! Read more

They are falling behind as a restaurant and this one in particular makes the food chain look horrible. They?re short in staff it... seems and the food is getting more expensive and the food is not up to part anymore! One manager in particular was very rude andunprofessional. Words can?t explain how nasty this was , and the manger said it was an outside bug but honestly looked like a cockroach, &... previous before this incident we went and there was a dead fly on the raw steaks I?ve always been a big fan of Texas Road Housebut after this incident I don?t think I will be returning. This is a popular place in Las Cruces. It was crowded as usual but there was no waiting to get a table for 2. My friend had a 6... oz sirloin with a loaded potato and I had a bacon, cheese burger with steak fries. It was disappointing the only cheese theoffered was American white and pepperjack. The burger was rather thin compared to other places I've been. It was also rathersalty. My friend enjoyed her steak and potato. The best part of the meal for me was bread they serve before your meal. Let's start positive our server was so sweet and did a wonderful job, the atmosphere was great, cinnamon butter and bread were... delicious as always. Blooming onion was delicious, but unfortunately I can't say much for the steak. My husband ordered a mediumrare steak and it was more like a blue rare when he got it. The table next us was not happy with their steaks either. Theserver said she had sent back at least a handful or more steaks that night before we came in. My husband didn't send his backjust took it home to cook it himself. Our drinks were good. My chicken was good, it's hard to screw up chicken lol. The bakedpotato could have used extra toppings but that's on me I didn't ask for them. So if your looking for a steak that is actuallycooked the way you ordered it, I would suggest you go somewhere else. But if you're into rare steak this might be your place. Read more
