Our experience of this restaurant differs from most other reviews. My spouse and I had a spring roll, Pad Thai, and Red Chicken... Curry. The entire meal was over-priced and under flavored. They cut a single spring roll sushi-style and charge the same pricewhere other places serve two rolls. The Pad Thai was, at best, ordinary. The Red Curry was thin with very little coconut milk,a tiny amount of chicken (I estimate 1-2 ounces), and the only heat was from the cili oil. The red and green bell peppers andbamboo shoots added very little flavor. I had the impression that the major ingredient was either broth or water. Each entreecost $13.50. The meal was way over-priced for what little we received in our bowl and on our plates. Fortunately, we aretraveling through and will not be tempted to eat here again. We know where much better food awaits us. I encourage anyoneconsidering eating here to resist the temptation. You will be glad you did. Read more

I like the curry here. Food overall isn't bad. I don't care for the pad Thai though, it's too sweet. I like the Thai tea, you... get the option of coconut milk or half and half. The mango sticky rice is pretty good, but would be better if the mango wasn'tserved frozen. Read more

Thai Delight used to be my favorite restaurant in LC. I?ve lived in several big cities and I always felt this food compared and... was just as good as Thai food in a big city. Since Covid however, the food has gone progressively downhill. Not sure if they gota new chef or what happened. The food now is almost always flavorless and watered down, and portion sizes are also gettingsmaller. I understand we are in an economic crisis, but a better way to save the business would be to improve their PR or hostevents. If the food and service quality continues to decline, I fear this once-amazing establishment will close its doors. Read more
